Since adopting our second dog, I have been using Chewy for all my doggie needs. This company is terrific, their customer service reps are amazing and the company really cares about the welfare of the animals. Their autoship service is a lifesaver. I really can't say enough good about this company. In today's age, they are a welcome change from the norm.

I have never in my life had a phone call with a customer service center that went as smoothly as the Chewy Call i just ended. I love them. I will order everything dog related on Chewy in the future!

I have always ordered through this company for my pets and couldn't be happier. Last week I ordered a New Guinea pig cage and happened to find one I liked better on another website so I asked for a return label. Chewy refunded my money and asked that the cage be donated to a local shelter instead of shipping it back! I was shocked at their kindness and my local shelter was very pleased and grateful for their donation!

Crystal is a shift supervisor who thought I would be funny to talk and laugh about a customer that she thought was on hold and was not. Chewy has several employees that are rude and lie to customers to get them off the phone. It's a shame they treat the people who pay their payroll this way. Will not be doing business with chewy.

They are so helpful with everything; best customer service I have ever used. If there is a problem with your order, you can go line and type with customer service reps and they will send you out replacements, no questions asked. Prices cant be beat also! I refer everyone to Chewy that has 4 legged family members. Thanks Chewy.com

My dog Rocky has a lot of health problems from itching, to a grain allergy, to teeth issues... Anything I need for him, chewy.com has. They also have an auto ship option but I choose not to use it because sometimes the food comes too quickly or not soon enough but when I order something it comes within two days, and they have options for pretty much any filter you're looking for when u search stuff on the website and most of their food is cheaper than if you buy it in pet smart or petco.

This is a great company. Chewy ships quickly, has high quality products, and really cares about their customers (they will even send you Christmas cards!).
