Not your typical Online Store <3
My wife was urged to try Chewy.com because they carried the brand of Dog Food our dogs are fed. Turns out they were cheaper than the local store, which is not a big-box store either, but a Mom and Pop feed and tack store actually. We have bought from the Feed store since we moved into the area more than two years ago. We were a familiar face at least once a week until Chewy.com. Part of the reason was the price. The other is because we are made to feel like unwelcome outsiders at this store, perhaps because I don't actually have a horse yet? Meanwhile it only took one or two Chewy orders to feel like my dogs were a welcomed family member among their furry family. My wife shares their pics of the dogs in their shipment boxes each time an order comes. One of those pictures was hand-painted by an artist thanks to Chewy and we will treasure it forever! We got a Christmas Card with hand-written comments and signatures. Who has time for that? Apparently Chewy does! We feel loved. I have never had this kind of experience with an online store. So of course we try and spread the love everywhere we go. If you're not shopping at Chewy, you're missing out on more than just great prices and fast shipping.
