Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I was skeptical about ordering my pet supplies online, but thought I would give Chewy.com a try. Great website, very user friendly, high quality products with reasonable pricing, fast and accurate delivery. I was so impressed I signed up for their monthly "auto fill & delivery" option. I highly recommend!

Oh they are great with your first order. Maybe even your second. Then I enrolled in auto ship and wondered why my order of dog food was $10 more expensive than my previous months order?!? Their response- prices fluctuate with the online competition. A $10 fluctuation in 30days?! Please. They probably didn't think I would notice since it was autoship which makes it very deceiving on their part. What a con

They have 1-2 day shipping posted all over their website for items over $49 to be automatically applied at checkout (they don't give you a shipping option). Ordered a $79 item only to find out they shipped it via the slowest snail mail possible. It took over a week for my item to arrive long after it was expected ruining the surprise gift it was going to be. Checked their website but there was no fine print or reasoning for the delayed shipment. After calling their customer service they had no justification for the delayed shipping other than it had to ship from a certain location. Never mind the fact they didn't even send the item via 3 day shipping or anything other than basic flat rate. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because they gave back $10 for the item I ordered. Still reported them to the better business bureau as they are completely dishonest in their advertising.

I am new to Chewy.com...used to use Amazon. I love their prices, fast delivery, and ease of ordering. I have several kitties and a dog, so cost is really important to me. Keep up the good work Chewy.com!

I got what I ordered earlier than I had been told. My pet loves the food and it was a reasonable price. I will be a repeat customer!

I just ordered four different brands of expensive cat food (and I was pleasantly surprised that Chewy carried every top brand I was searching for) and was very concerned about whether or not my cats would accept any of them. Thankfully, 3 out of 4 were gobbled up with glee....but one product simply didn't excite either of my two cats. I emailed Chewy about the issue and received a reply within 15 minutes along with a complete refund, and in my particular case, I didn't even have to return the product. I will donate it to a local shelter. I couldn't be happier with the experience and will most definitely be buying all of my future pet products from Chewy from now on. No more screwing around trying to find what I need at the big box store and then lugging all that stuff in and out of my car, etc. Thank you!

I have been ordering my dog, Ruger, dog food, antlers, treats, and toys every month of over a year from Chewys. I love that the order comes so quickly and the shipping is free. However, this month I placed my order and I should have received 3-4 days ago. I called customer service and talked with Gary. I asked if there was something wrong with my order because I had not received it. He tracked the order and the tracking said the order was delivered to my front door on 3/7/17. He did not hesitate, he just reordered it at NO CHARGE! He then asked If I had enough food to last until the new order arrived. I don't, so I will have to go purchase a small bag somewhere. He then stated that he was ALSO, crediting my card back due to the inconvenience. Chewy's, Gary, went over and above to resolve my issue! I love this place!!!

I ordered a product and opted for the free 1-2 day shipping only to find out it's 1-2 day shipping on their terms. I am not recieving what i purchased in the promised time, but 5 days later. Don't advertise a shipping range when it's double the time frame.
