I ordered the wrong size dog playpen so I called on a Saturday and immediately talked to a real person. I explained I wanted to return it to get a smaller one. She immediately refunded my credit card . Then she said I could either have them schedule FedEx​ to come get it with no charge to me OR I could donate it to a shelter or just keep it, also no charge. I am delivering it to the local humane society in couple days. I thought that was just awesome!

I don't write many reviews, but I had to let people know how great chewy customer service is. Today my order arrived and 1 bag of dog food had a little hole on the side. I contacted them and without issues, they shipped out a new bag for free, today!!! I am always amazed when I find an honest company nowadays, so I had to let people know! Prices are great too and I love the autoship option because you can save extra and never have to worry about running out of dogfood again.

Just so satisfied with chewy.com. Prices are just so excellent. My furry human being loves everything I got for her. I'm happy I decided to shop on there.

I am amazed by chewy.com. Love their prices, products and auto ship feature. But the reason I am writing this review is because of the service I just received. My dog had medicine autoshipped for the past couple months. The vet said he was better and didn't need the mess anymore but I didn't stop my auto shipment fast enough. Just contacted Chewy to return the unopened item...they refunded me on the spot and instead of sending the item back to them, they asked me to donate the mess to a local rescue! WOW I am pleasantly blown away! What a positive moment of truth with Chewy! Thank you Chewy!!!

I have read many bad reviews but let me tell you the customer service was great delivers were very fast and on time. I did get double billed one time but is was my fault I called them right away and the money was back in my account the next day.And one last thing I ordered some rings for my dog and they were not what I expected so I let them no a month later I recieved a Email that said my money was put back on my account I was very surprised they stand behind everything they sell.

I'm sure just about everyone has had bad experiences dealing with retailers at some point. Some retailers are horrible, the vast majority are average, but every once in a while there's one that really stands out. Chewy.com is definitely a standout in my book. Without going into too much detail, I ordered and promptly received a specialty food for my dog after a friend's recommendation to aid with various allergy and digestion issues. The food, unfortunately proved to be something that made her allergies flare up, so it was back to the drawing board. I had 3 bags of this high end food, still unopened, so late at night I opened an online chat with chewy.com to see what I could do about that. The agent was extremely sympathetic, immediately refunded my account for the entire amount of the purchase, and while they typically pay for return shipping of unused items, this particular brand was one they don't take back so they asked that I donate it to a local shelter. How great is that?!?!! They hit a home run here with me, and I had to tell everyone at my office about them - I know at least 2 of my co-workers went back to their offices, and after seeing the price chewy.com had on the food they already buy, they immediately signed up and place an order. They give you a nice break on your first order (currently 20%) with auto-ship and continue to get 5-10% off on future auto-ship orders and FREE shipping if your order exceeds $49. That's a trip to the store I don't have to make every month! I'll continue to tell anyone who will listen, that this is a company you should support. They're doing all the right things...
