Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

This is a wonderful company. We started using them when I was looking to purchase a small outdoor canvas house for one of our cats that likes to have something to get into. Chewy had the best price and we received it the following day. Then one of the cats got sick and had to be put on DM cat food. Not only was it less expensive than the vet prices but I didn't have to go get it. Sadly our Pyewacket passed away on March 29th of last month. When I told Chewy about this they send a lovely flower arrangement and a condolence note. What a heartwarming and thoughtful thing to do. When the flowers start to fade they will be added to his grave site. Now this is truly a caring company. Since our other cat can't have the remaining food we decided to donate it to Tabby's Place in Ringoes NJ. For anyone in the NJ and PA area I suggest you check this place out. It is the most amazing Cat Sanctuary I have ever been blessed to visit. Kitties come from all over the country that have special needs. Some may end up being adopted while others will remain there for life. If you are interested please check out Tabby's Place - A Cat Sanctuary on google Anyway, thank you Chewy for being there for all the pets that need your services. Your staff is aces. MEW and Sammy

I love this company. I ordered a 48' dog crate and it ended up being way to big (my fault for not looking at the weight suggestions on sizing for the crate). I called to return the crate and they told me to donate it to the shelter and they would refund my money and send me a new crate free of charge. I can't express how wonderful chewy is for everything. So much cheaper compared to pet stores and ships so fast. The customer service reps are the nicest people ever. They actually care and seem interested in your animals! Will never shop anywhere else!!!!!!!!

I had an issue with a product I purchased from Chewy.com and wrote a 1 star review about my experience which I posted on their website. I didn't ask for a refund, replacement or anything. Low and behold out of the blue I get an email from Crystal in customer service telling me they were sending me a replacement completely free of charge. This is customer service beyond all expectations!! They now a new customer! Thank you Chewy.com for doing it right!! Paul Tanner, Sunflower Ranch, Elizabeth, CO

If you were looking for a place to buy cat/dog food or anything for small animals or aquatic life I would definitely recommend Chewy.com, they have very fast shipping and they actually care for their customers. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company and their customer service is absolutely fantastic they're always there to answer questions or help you with your orders 24/7 and have the most wonderful attitude and always ask you about your day and your animals. I placed an order for a couple of items for my guinea pig and one of the items I no longer needed so I asked them if they would please cancel it, but instead of canceling the order they ship it out to me anyways and told me I could donate to a local shelter or Humane Society that may need it, but still refunded my money. Another experience I had was I bought some dog food and when it arrived the bag was busted open and I was very upset because I was afraid to feed my dog the food and it's very expensive dog food but after contacting the company I didn't even have to return the damaged bag, they sent me a new bag extremely quickly no questions asked. They are a very kind and caring company and I will continue to do business with them so long as I have animals.

Customer service is amazing! I tried to return two Busy Buddy Tug-A-Jugs for a smaller size. No hassle, no questions. The customer service agent actually credited my account - and told me to donate the toys to a local shelter! Who does that in this day and age?! I will be a Chewy's customer for life! They truly care about their customers and their pets. Pleasantly surprised and am definitely going to let the local shelter what a great company Chewy's is!

Chewy offers a wide selection. The customer service is knowledgeable. Best of all, delivery was within 2 days, and free. How can you beat that.

Usually the larger online companies aren't great with customer service. However, this company is outstanding! I'm always received the correct items and well packed. They're also incredible when it come to product guarantee. If your pet won't eat it you get a refund just donate the product to a shelter. Great company with great service.

This company is just absolutely amazing from start to finish my order come as promised no hassle exchange or returns everyone I have spoken to is so friendly and willing to help I cant find enough good things to say about how wonderful this company is and the quality is over the top. love this company.
