We have only ordered twice from Chewy, but we will continue to always order from Chewy in the future also. They have great products, great prices, great service, and fast delivery. Check prices elsewhere....but you will always come back to Chewy. Thanks again!!!

I saw your commercial on the television and thought to give it a try, I own a parrot who only eats certain foods that cannot be found in my local pet stores but when I do they are pretty pricey. So when I looked you guys up I couldnt believe how incredibly cheap it was, and also super fast delivery. I appreciate you guy, and your service !

I seriously cannot express how much I love Chewy. Not only are the prices competitive, and shipments show up within days, but their customer service is bar none. I recently moved and changed my primary address on the site, but somehow my autoship ended up at my old address two hours away and stolen from the vacant porch, Chewy.com immediately shipped out a new delivery, no questions, not charging me a thing for the replacement. I truly appreciate this company - it has changed the game for me and my fur-family.

BEST company ever for your pet. Not only are they super affordable but when I told them my puppy hated his pen that I ordered, they refunded me the money and told me to just donate it to a charity! No questions about it. For sure sticking with this company!

I have been with chewy for two years and have never really needed to call for anything since it's so easy and simple online. Today I did have to call because I made a mistake in my order. I had added an item to my auto shop but I forgot to delete an the next auto ship. When I called that I wanted a refund not only did they refund my money but they also let me keep the items and asked me to donate them. They truly care about pets.

The customer service is fabulous whether it's a phone call, chat on line or email. Quick and easy ordering. I live in a small town that does not sell the dog food my dog must have so this is just wonderful for me. Why does anyone get their pet food anywhere else?? Love Chewy.com!

The best thing in the world. I ordered food Monday morning and received it at my door Tuesday afternoon!

Great company! I used to order our dog food at other large online retailers and I would always receive food that was 50% powdered kibble bits from the food being battered in shipping, I switched to chewy.com and my order looks like I went to pick it up at my local pet store. So yes, this company is great and a noticeable step up from companies like Amazon. Not to mention there is a warehouse close by so I receive my order in 1 day! Can't say enough about this company :) The customer service is great and they send us HANDWRITTEN holiday and thank you cards, which is something you just don't see in business these days.
