When I ordered from this company, she was so friendly and helpful. Gave me my totalk of what I would pay. Then when I got my shipping notification one thing I ordered 3 of should have been $30 total. Instead was $75, No wonder they can offer free shipping. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Chewy has been the best company I ever deal with. From ordering the food on line to the service on the phone and from the compassionated responses of loosing my little Bichon at 15years old of cancer. I recommend Chewy services to my daughters and my friends because I am totally impress with their services! Lorraine Reno Nevada

FAST!! Prices are competitive. It's nice to not have to run out to the specialty pet store to get food and supplies that I always buy. I usually buy enough to get the order shipped for free. Speedy to say the least! Thanks!

I usually shop at Petco or Petsmart for my dog and cat food and I have to say that Chewy.com is sooooooo much better. I don't pay for shipping and get my items in 3 days or less. I detest standing in line and waiting and rude people just make me angry so this is the best of both worlds. The prices are great, the shipping is quick and free (when you spend over $49) and I couldn't be happier. If you bought lower quality foods for your pets at WalMart, you still can't beat the prices of the higher quality foods that Chewy offers. I'm a life-long customer.

In this worl of corporate greed, it is truly refreshing to find a company that truly cares. On Monday we had to put our beloved 13 year old Cocker Spaniel to sleep. Because we are on automatic shipping, I called them to ask them to stop the shipping. I had just received a large order of special diet food. They not only told me they were going to credit me for the unused food (I did not ask) and last night we received a bunch of flowers ito help us to ease the pain of Sonny's passing. Thank you Chewy. And by the way, I always received what I ordered within two days.

The last few months we really thought this company was great, home delivery and getting it within a couple of days what's to complain about. Well we started noticing a gradual increase in prices, at first we thought well it may be just that a gradual increase then seemingly overnight the food that we order for our Birds jumped $10. Calling and asking for a supervisor I was told that supervisors do not take calls. I tried to get a corporate number and then I was told that corporate does not take phone calls. I waited a few days and called back only to be told by a supervisor, they match prices with local companies and internet base companies and yes prices can jump over night and corporate does not take phone calls. I was told that as a one-time courtesy they could give a discount on our order, I am so sorry to say I did not take them up on their courtesy pricing. We totally lost the convenience and the money-saving I was getting in the beginning. Now even with driving it's cheaper for me to pick it up. Watch your orders because the prices make jump over night and apparently nobody at their corporate headquarters cares or at least they don't take phone calls. Sorry to have lost this company
