The best customer service and fastest shipping ever!

Wonderful company. Customer service is always pleasant and available 24/7. I recently bought a hamster cage from them and ended up getting a tank instead. When I called to return it, they refunded me the money and asked me to donate the cage to someone in need. There is nothing more wonderful than a company that cares.

Tribute- Chewy.com to be taken over by Petsmart mid 2017 Tribute to what has been a good friend to me and my animals and is now on the road to a lingering, painful death. Was great... but now I'm not so sure.... Just heard the news about Petsmart buying out Chewy. What a shame.... Chewy was amazing, especially the customer service part. Upon hearing the news, myself along with many other people I know are really bummed out about this deal. You see, we know things will change. Petsmart will ruin everything Chewy stands for. They are greedy and do not care about their customers. They mark up everything just to gain profit. It's highway robbery there. Let's not even begin to talk about their horrible customer service. They don't care for us nor our pets. It's such a shame they took something great, just to ruin it but I get it, business is business.

Chewy has The best Customer Service of all Company's I have Ever come a crossed; this is the only place to shop for yer Fur Babies! Once they have the Rx for a certain food they will contact the Vet. They have sales, free shipping,& items you have never thought of. I make an order every month , they follow directions to the T - I tell them to process on the second Wednesday of each month! Easy to get around website too.

I have never been so IMPRESSED as I am with CHEWY.com. Their service is incredible, most of the time it is the next day, no more then two day delivery. I have autoships set up for food and treats for our dogs and barn cats. I just got really irritated because I caught price increases on my autoships. Chewy.com representatives told me I had to review the order confirmation to catch the prices increases. Oh, OK... so offer a 5% discount on autoship items and then reserve the right to increase price by 30%? I have to watch the prices like a hawk to make sure I don't get ripped off? That's onerous. Watch out for #chewypricejump

I have only ordered with chewy for approximately 6 months and found that this company not only has the best customer service, cheapest prices but more important the staff at this company is compassionate, and caring of each customer. My baby went to heaven this company sent my family flowers! you could not believe how wonderful that felt thank you Chewy!! I will recommend this company to everyone i know that has animals!
