I have no bad things to say about this company they have the best stock and great prices! I always order my pet's food/trest/toys/etc off this site. It comes so fast and their packaging is great. Shipping is free over $49 but if I spend under that shipping fee is not costly at all. I once had a autoship order ship and I totally forgot about it and didn't need the order and I gave Chewy a call and they refunded me immediately and told me to donate the food to a shelter! How awesome is that?! The lady I talked to was super nice and we even talked about our dogs :) They have the best customer support. Again this site has no bad things to be said. They are awesome and will continue to order from here!

Chewy.com is great! I had purchased an item and it turned out I didn't need to use it and hand't opened the box so I asked for a refund. Rather than making me wait for a shipping label and refund, they issued a refund right away and told me to donate the item. Great company to have a policy like that, in my opinion

I called in to make sure my address was right. It was the best experience ever. No hold time, talked to a person right away and she was very helpful. Customer for life.

My sister recommended this company and I'm so glad she did! Great prices, amazing customer service, fast shipping. I recently placed my first order and got everything a few days later. I was missing a lid to my food storage container so I called customer support which is 24/7. It rang once and a person picked up, NOT a computer or an automated response, but a real live person and after ONE RING. I've never experienced this with a company before and I'm shocked. I told her the problem and she immediately apologized and shipped a new one to me free of charge without question. I never write reviews but I this company deserves it. Mistakes happen but they fixed it immediately and that's what a great business does. Lifelong customer!!!

Excellent customer service and prices. I've been ordering from them for 2 years and receive every order on or before the date they promise - including deliveries on Saturday. They send a handwritten Christmas card each year which is definitely a contributing factor to my continued business with them - big company with small business attitude. Even if lower prices are available in box stores (very rarely occurs, but I've never received a handwritten message of any kind from Petsmart, Petsco, or even my vet), I will still support Chewy.com. Highly recommend.

This is the absolute best place in the world to shop for anything for dogs or cats. They offer free shipping with two day delivery. Customer service is out of this world. I love this place and will continue to shop there forever!!

Ordered 42" dog crate for growing lab. Current crate getting way too small. Ordered because it was $20 cheaper than local big box stores and the 1-2 day shipping. Have not been waiting 7 days for crate and just got notice it will be 4 more days until it is here. That is 11 days when they advertise 1-2 days. Meanwhile my poor lab has to spend the day in her tiny crate. When I called the company they first blamed it on FedEx. When I called FedEx they said they never received it from Chewy.com. When I contacted Chewy again they agreed to send a new one. Which took them three days to get it to FedEx. They also offered me 15% off my next order. That is funny they think I will buy something else from them after this horrible service.

I've given the support people at Chewy months to find out the straight of it on why my recent reviews there are not being posted! I did not cuss in my reviews and I was not mean. I kept to facts about the product. They have yet to tell me why my reviews did not get posted other than saying there is some kind of filter that targets words that might have something to do with my review not being posted. Funny to me when I wrote positive reviews about their products they were posted no problem! I have no choice but to wonder how many other negative reviews of their products are being left off their site? It's sad to me because I had a good shopping experience with them and good experiences with their customer support BEFORE this! I even took pictures to back up that not only has the product changed (not a variation in one package to the other) but an actual changed in the way the dog treats looked as well as the sizes ALSO showing them that the picture there at their website looks misleading to what the product really looks like NOW (as that picture shows what the product looked like BEFORE they changed it) unless Chewy has updated it since my complaints and changed that. Someone saying they are a supervisor for Chewy told me weeks ago they would find out if this is a permanent change in the dog treats or temp and get back with me and I haven't heard a word sense. I gave them months and many emails to get to the bottom of my reviews not being posted AND about the product before writing this.
