I love Chewy. They save me gas money and at times, heavy lifting because it comes right to my door. My only little grip is that I wish they would offer the automatic reorder price for every purchase instead of just a one timer.

This company takes customer care to a WHOLE nother level. We lost our almost 12 year old Rotty earlier in the week so I contacted them asking if I could cancel the order I just placed. Not only did they cancel the order, refund my card but two days later I received a sympathy arrangement of flowers along with the most sincere card. Simply above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced. They turned an horrible experience into something​ more manageable. I am a lifelong customer and I am enjoying sharing their kindness with all my pet owner friends. Again, I cannot​ express how wonderful the customer service team is at Chewy.com. I spoke to several people and they all had the best attitude..... simply amazing.

I have had the best experience with chewy both times I have ordered. They really treat their customers with care, even going as far to send a post card just to say they hoped the product worked that I had purchased!! You will not find the personal touch and great customer service at any other pet shop! I highly recommend chewy to anyone with a pet.

I was hesitant about purchasing a whole case of dog food online. I thought maybe it would be a scam and not be the right kind of food or the cans would be much smaller than a normal can. I placed an order on Sunday night (late) and received the whole case of food on Tuesday!! It comes quicker than anything I've ever ordered online and my dog loves it. It's a great deal and if you do the auto ship you get an even better deal. I will continue to purchase from them! If you haven't given them I try I HIGHLY recommend you do. You won't be disappointed!!! Thank you Chewy!

They have an amazing selection and sell brands that you don't find at Petco or Petsmart. I'm surprised at how fast they ship orders. One time I ordered they shipped it like three hours later! Plus, subscribe to their emails and take advantage of their promo codes!

Great company and the prices are better than if I went into a Brick and mortar. I have ordered from website twice and both times have been impressed by the quality of the products and the prices. Both orders came in quickly. From what I have seen with this company, I am a customer for LIFE.

I've ordered from chewy twice now, both times great pricing and quick shipping. My last order the two leashes I bought were to big, when I called their customer service to return them the lady I talked to was super friendly, even asked the names of my two dogs which honestly in have never had customer service care about anything other than what your calling for.This site and its service is amazing. Highly recommend.

I ordered some things from Chewy.com yesterday afternoon. One of the packages, with most of my order (a litter pan I ordered is coming separately) just arrived at 3:47 today!! Amazing service. And the prices are better than in the stores. They have a lightweight litter for $7.00 a 15 pound bottle - I've been buying Tidy Cats for $15.00 until now. But mostly I'm impressed with the service. I have a very happy kitty!
