I have never dealt with a business more honest, more caring or more customer-centric than Chewy.com. This is the most pleasant, most amazing experience I've ever had doing online business, and the quality, care and support - and, amazingly, the care they show for their community and the animals - is far beyond anything I've seen or experienced elsewhere. They have a loyal customer and an evangelist in me for life!

Excellent customer service! I inadvertently input the wrong zip code so my item was undeliverable and FedEx returned it to sender. When I called customer service I was helped by an extremely competent young man named Alex and the item was resent to me. The item was shipped in record time too!

Sunday I had ordered from chewy but because I live in the carribean i didn't know they did not accept international cards. A lady called and cancelled my order, Every thing was fine. Apparently Monday my bank account had numerous charges to some google viber and some other money l transferring apps. Tuesday is when I realized that my account was compromised because I couldn't sign into my mobile banking because they blocked my account due to the numerous transactions. Come to find out the person from chewy spent and transferred all of my money out of my account now I'm sitting here with no money until 90 days from now when the bank realizes it wasn't me that made those transactions I'm broke now because of chewy employees all of my hard earned cash is gone. In conclusion chewy is not safe for payment transactions because it seems like any and everyone has access to customer account info and they will not wait to start spending your money

I have been shopping with Chewy for years. In my opinion they seem to be a company who genuinely cares not only about pets but also about you! They have superb customer service (open 24 hours a day!). Their policies are kind. MANY options of pet food and products and GREAT competitive prices. So grateful for chewy.com <3

I've used this company for a few years. They are excellent, both in pricing & customer service. They actually are a customer focused company. Today, they showed that again. We had to put our 12 year old Shepherd down. I called chewy.com because I had just received an order & needed to return it. They processwd the return for the items I just received & when I said I had 4 more bottles on hand, they credited that also, then said I didn't have to go to the trouble to return it, just donate the products to the Humane Society, which I had planned to do. Customer Focused! Thanks Chewy!

I love chewy. I had an issue because the coupon code wasn't working for my husband who was at work trying to place an order for me. I called and gave her the info to the account and she was able to help me out. Even placed the order herself because my husbands phone was being slow and not working properly.

Chewy.com has always provided excellent customer service but went above and beyond when I called to cancel my automatic delivery. My elderly cat passed away about 6 weeks after I lost my husband who took care of the account. The customer service rep I talked to was kind, efficient and caring. The next day I received a lovely card and flowers from Beatrix and Chewy. Thank you for your kindness. During a difficult time this is the best customer service I have received. I will recommend Chewy to every pet owner I know.
