1st, I LOVE Chewy.com because the prices are unbeatable! Then I ordered a bunch of toys and food for my dogs and stuff for my sister's dog who lives in Florida. Well there was a mix up with the delivery and my items went to Florida (I live in PA), I called them right away and they were amazing! Not only did they reorder my items and have them shipped to me, the items that were accidentally sent to Florida, they said I had two options. My sister could either keep them or she could DONATE them to a shelter. How absolutely incredible of them?? Also, the guy on the phone that I talked to was beyond amazing as well! Just can't say enough good things about them!

I was helped today by Shari. She refunded me for a harness that was too small. She made me feel like she was really glad I had called. She placed my re-order for me, and even told me that I don't need to return the one that is too small. Said I could give it to a friend. It was a fun "chore" for me because of her caring attitude. She provided me with excellent customer service!

I started doing business with Chewy on the advice from my daughter approximately 6 months ago. Why would you want to go any where else for your pet needs! Excellent customer service and prices. Chewy keep up the great work you got me...Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! First, their prices are very good - much cheaper than any of the big box stores. Second, I was blown away at how fast my orders arrive. I ordered dog food Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning! No more needing to waste time and gas driving to a store, lifting heavy items into the cart, then loading them into the car, and then lugging them in the house. Everything comes right to my door and I only have to carry it once. I had one minor incidence and customer service (Nikki) was fantastic and bent over backwards to make it better. Again, I highly recommend ordering from Chewy.com! You won't regret it!

OMG OMG what a phenomenal company I have been a longtime customer who has always been very very happy with The Customer Service of this organization. Well they have taken it to a whole other level.Within the past 5 days I've had to put my beloved 7 yr.old doberman Mr.Baron to sleep due to left side heart failure he hung on for an additional month giving us time too say goodbye. I called Chewy to let them know what was happening and that I wanted to maintain my account. Chewy.com sent me the most "Beautiful Flowers" for the the loss of my beloved "fur baby". OMG what an awesome group of folks at this company...Thank You Chewy and Christine you will never know how much this meant too me and my family. Every company should take some customer service notes from this company. Very polite on the phone. I called at 10 pm to fix my order before it was shipped. There was some mix up because I sent a cancellation email and then called to get it fixed. They took the extra effort to find my vets fax number to get my prescription approved as quickly as possible. So the next morning they reponded to my email cancelling the order. My fault, I should have called first. They fixed my order and they understood my issue quickly. I will be buying my cat food from here on out.

I'm very frustrated with this site. I made a purchase using promo codes and the first mistake was my own. My payment was declined because I typed the wrong expiration date for my card so I fixed it after I saw the email that said "respond in 24 hours or the order will be cancelled". I responded asking them to remove two items because I needed them asap and 24 hours had already passed, so I just purchased them in store. So they quoted me $57 new total. I said yes and asked them to put the order through only to be charged $71 and received an email saying that because my billing and shipping address were different my order was now on hold, I called and they said they would fix it. But then I check my card balance and I was charged another $13. They said this time that one item was shipped from a separate warehouse where they have separate shipping I guess. This has taken me 4 days to make a purchase and was charged $25 more than quoted that I have to wait 3 days to be returned (If they return it). I'm a professional dog trainer and was excited to have a site to make my regular purchases, fairly priced and recommend to my clients. But screw that. Use amazon, same prices less crap! I gave 2 stars because I got ahold of people quickly even though they aren't helping. And because my order once process was shipped same day,

I ordered a couple of breakaway collars from Chewy.com, and once I received them, I was able to see how durable they were. I was looking for a collar that was easier to break away for my animal. I called and explained this to them and they refunded me, even telling me to donate the collars to a shelter in need. Great customer service! I was very impressed by how they handled the situation and was pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be using them again for other products!
