I sincerely loved this place for it's customer service and excellent selection and price. I only gave them 4 stars because I found out they recently sold to PetSmart. I'll be buying my dogs supplies from petflow.com now. Such a shame:(

BUYER BEWARE -- THEY SEND YOU ROTTEN FOOD AND REFUSE TO REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR JASON WHO SAID HE WOULD HAVE FOOD REPLACED AND HE LIED -- CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR CHARLES WHO HUNG UP ON ME. THEY SENT ME ROTTEN FOOD AND MY DOGS GO WITHOUT -- ONE OF MY DOGS HAD PRESCRIPTION DOG FOOD FOR HIS LIVER AND NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE AT STORE. I AM GOING TO AG'S OFFICE AND BUTTER BUSINESS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWARE -- THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!!!!! DONNA E. SZLOSEK NYC

I love this place. Cheaper than pet stores, delivery within 24 to 48 hours and when you call, someone picks up, no automated system. I made an order on a Saturday and my phone timed out when i was trying to order. My order went through 3 times. Called and a human being picked up and immediately credited my account no questions asked. Plus the money came right back, no delay. I've been ordering for about a year and never had a problem and great customer service. Highly recommended.

I love this company...Fast and cheap. I don't have to go to store anymore, and carry heavy litter, or bags of dry food...Just love them!!!

So totally amazing. I recently got laid off and didn't have the funds to continue my auto ship. I didn't realize that it had already taken out the money from my bank account, so I called and the lady on the customer service line was absolutely wonderful. She refunded everything and made me smile after a hard couple of weeks. Hands down best customer service I have ever spoken to. :)

I don't know how to explain how amazing this company is. I had to put my fur baby down this past Saturday, three years after he was diagnosed with diabetes. I called Chewy to see how I can return the food my baby didn't get to eat. They gave me their condolences and said not to worry and donate the food, and they refunded me the money of the left over unused food, and on top of this, I got home from work yesterday and saw a flower bouquet which I thought were from my neighbor, I read the beautiful message with a signature of Marianna and the Chewy family. I'm still shocked of such a beautiful and compassionate company.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. First, their prices are generally cheaper than any other dog food site. Second, their personal goes over the top to help you especially Amanda. She went above and beyond anything in my wildest dreams. I would highly recommend checking this out first before any other site. Denise
