I just finished talking with a customer service representative with Chewy.com. This has always been my go to place for my dog's food. My dog developed a problem with his food as we neared the end of the box and I asked to return the box I had just received. They said no problem and would credit my account for the full amount. I asked how to return the new box and I was told to please donate it to a shelter/pet rescue. That is caring. I will always use their excellent service!

Order a lot from Chewy, fantastic customer service. This past week I ordered a bag of bird food and it had 2 small holes, they sent me a free bag then that bag had a hole and they sent a 3rd bag. I wasn't looking for another free bag but wanted them to know they need to rethink the packing. Today they credited back the money I had paid for the first bag I had purchased. I highly recommend them.

Someone I know recommended that I check out Chewy.com for dog supplies because I was getting a new puppy. I was very surprised at how great the prices were for everything and it was also nice that I got 20% off because I signed up for an autoship ( that can be cancelled at anytime). I got quite a few items, lots of puppy toys and teethers, nail clippers and a 42" bed all for $50 and free shipping. The best part was how fast I got my items. I recieved all of the smaller items the very next day and the crate was here within 2 days. Great shipping and it was free. I am super impressed with this website and I will definitely be using it again !

I LOVE chewy.com! I order all of my dogs stuff from here, from food to toys. I ordered him a pair of rain boots and he refused to wear them so I called to send them back and they refunded me and told me to donate them to a shelter. Love them even more now! After all, my baby is a big rescue mutt <3 How awesome of a company to help animal shelters.

So far so good! I've been a customer for a few months now. I use auto-ship. They seem to be very flexible in terms of last minute changes and or shipping. Never a problem to make a change. Good prices. Love not having to run to the store if I'm out of dog food and lugging heavy cases of food around. I will continue to use chewy.com

Been a customer for about six months. Loved having it shipped to,the door. Don't care for the up and down prices every week, but being selective u can still find it at Wal-Mart prices 48 cents a can everyday. But,my beef,is the last three deliveries first one. Iaims bag was ripped from bad packing, food all in the box, second and third was damaged cans. During breakdown a slip sheet was use and damaged 12 complete cans. Had to use a hammer and screw driver to get them open. QC needs to check these selectors and quit shipping me your damaged product. Think I'll take a break from chewy.

What a bargain! We just ordered snacks and food for our new puppy and they were having a 50% off sale on food, up to $25 off. Ordered just over $50 including a toy and the final price was around $30....with free shipping, no sales tax and 2 day delivery. Their normal prices are generally below brick and motor store prices but with the discount you can't beat them anywhere.

I have been a Chewy customer for a couple years. I want to thank their customer service for outstanding service. I called in to cancel my dog food order because my dog passed away, but it had been shipped. She told me to just donate the dog food and not worry about returning it. Then I received the most beautiful flowers. Thank you to Kaitlyn at Chewys. Next I received an incorrect item and chewys told me not to return it, which I would have been happy to do. Then he assured me my correct item would be out soon. I'm sorry I didn't remember the young man's name. More company's should follow Chewy's example!
