I ordered food and flea treatment for my pets. I was told the items were delivered on Wednesday and it is now Thursday. I looked all around my house and my neighbor's house and didn't find anything. I called the customer service line for Chewy.com and was very surprised to talk to a real person and not be routed through a phone system. The gentleman was very pleasant and apologetic. He is sending a replacement shipment. Shopping with Chewy.com has been so easy. They treat customers right.

After trying Autoship for 6 months, I have to remove some stars. Things have not been going extremely well. I switched to weekly delivery hoping that would ensure a steady supply of cat food for my kids, but it has not worked out like that. This last shipment took 3 days to arrive, necessitating a trip to the store to get the needed supplies and one shipment backing into the other. This the third time I have gone through this experience and I have complained to customer service about it. I have decided to use this service only for the heavy items that are difficult to manage from the grocery and get the other things as before from the store. I started out with high hopes for this company, but sorry, not anymore.

Top notch! Great prices, fast shipping and wonderful customer service!! I received a package last week that was missing one small item. The package was clearly damaged so I'm sure it must have fallen out during transit, but Chewy sent out the replacement quickly and I couldn't be happier. This is the first time I've purchased from Chewy and I plan to buy all of my pet supplies from them from now on!

I would like to show my appreciation for Chewy.com. My sweet dog Molly passed away over the weekend, when I called Chewy.com to cancel her auto order for her special food and told them why, the refunded me my last order even though I told them I had already used 1/2 the food. They didn't care, they were sincerely sorry for my loss. What a great company.

They always have better prices then stores and other online pet websites. When there's a problem or I have a question they get back to me IMMEDIATELY, I've made prob 10 orders from them so far ALL GREAT, everything arrive exactly what I wanted. My dog was just diagnosed with diabetes and i have to buy special prescription dog food. Doctor gave me a prescription card, when i saw Chewy was almost have the price of a store and lower than other sites it was perfect! They have to call the doctor to get the okay to ship and I emailed to see if I could email the prescription card, 10 mins later I got an email saying they already got confirmation from the doctor so there's no need to email the prescription!!!! I've been a happy customer for almost a year now, I'm getting whatever I can from chewy for all my current and future pets to come! Def order here, I always tell my friends to order here :))) I also find it cute when they send hand written post cards in the mail to thank you for ordering to wish my pet well. Its always a personal note, not some pre made note every person gets with your name added to the end :)

Your site says 1-2 day free delivery. Well it's 5-6 days for the dog stroller I purchased. Which qualifies for FAST FREE shipping.

Chewy has always been a great company. Their prices on our dog's prescription foods were better than anywhere else, and their autoship option was really easy to adjust when we weren't quite ready for our next shipment. We recently lost our 17 year old lab, and we were blown away by their compassion when we called to cancel the order. Not only did they refund the box that had just shipped, but when the order could not be stopped, they requested that we donate her specialized renal formula food to the animal shelter. I would recommend them to any pet owner without hesitation.

Well it's happened. The PetSmart influence has ruined Chewy. So sad. We have three Great Danes and so far this year we have spent over $1,000 in dog food from Chewy.com. I'm done. I have been buying food from Chewy with absolutely no problems until after PetSmart bought them out. Last month the price of our dog food increased by $15 a bag. I have ordered though their autoship program for the past year without a problem and now suddenly the price has drastically increased and I was not notified. I complained, they refunded the $30 difference for the two bags but was told that it was too bad and that they don't need to notify their customers of price increases on the autoship program. So basically they can charge whatever they want and you'll only notice the difference in your bank account. So this month I chose a cheaper variety of our brand and changed our autoship. Normally our bags ship early Friday and we receive them on Saturday. I was notified late Friday that this food was out of stock, please choose another. So I did. I sent them a screen shot of the next more expensive food. It shipped on Saturday, so now with the holiday we will not receive it until at least Wednesday. Then I see the the price per bag has increased by $5 over night. I've been over-charged and inconvenienced for the last time Chewy. I will take my money elsewhere and I will recommend that everyone else does the same.
