I have been a customer of Chewy for > 4 years. Too me, Chewy always had the best prices/ and their overall service was second to none. A week ago our 8 year labrador, Bentley suddenly passed away. I contacted Chewy to let them know and to cancel the shipment for this month. Of course, we were devastated with Bentley's passing and were really having a hard time coping with our loss. The same day when i contacted Chewy i came home and there were flowers next to the front door. Bentley was loved by many, so really had no idea who sent them. I was absolutely STUNNED when i read the card to find out that Chewy actually sent us flowers. It brought tears to our eyes. Chewy is an AMAZING company and always continue referring all of our friends. Thank you so much! Randall/Carol

I ordered "Platinum Pets elevated dog bowls", when I received my order, I only received the bowls and did not get the stands. I called Chewy customer service, after I described the missing stands in the shipment, I immediately received an email while still on the phone with the representative showing the shipment of the items again. WOW, this was exceptional service. I got the shipment in today and it is correct. Thank you Chewy.com for a good experience to this situation. I will and have been recommending you to friends and family. You guys are the best!

Have used for a year or so now and have loved it. Today I called to try to add to an order placed just a few hours before. It was already being packaged, so she waived shipping for my additional item. LOVE!

Chewy is AMAZING! I have three dogs, one being a puppy. My puppy will not eat dry food so I have to give her wet food. I had ordered a new kind of food for her and it didnt agree with her. It just made her stomach swell and get hard... So I called Chewy to see if I could return it and get something else. They refunded me my money and told me to donate the food to a shelter. I thought that was so sweet. Well I forgot to cancel my auto ship and I had changed the food I fed my dogs due to the previous brand having a lot of recalls. I switched to natures recipe.. My dogs LOVE it! I called Chewy again to see if I could return the food because I had a box of the old brand dog food and the wet food that my puppy can't eat. The packaged box is still unopened. They refunded my money and still told me to donate the food. How amazing! Thank you Chewy for being an awesome company!

first of all i couldn't get an account set up. it said an account was already set up for my email address. i had to order over the phone. the girl was nice and found the items i ordered fairly quickly but she seemed like she was new and in training which is understandable. it clearly states that orders over $49 are free 2 day shipping. i ordered $225.00 of stuff on Thursday the 8th and she said i would receive the order no later than Sat the 10th. Today is Tuesday the 13th 3:00 pm and i just got one of the 3 pkgs. i called just before the pkg arrived and they said one pkg would be here today and the other 2 will be here late tomorrow. why do you advertise 2 Day Shipping if it is not possible. i don't appreciate that. i still can't get sign into my account.

We do a lot of online shopping and I can say without a doubt working with Chewey is an incredibly satisfying experience. Their phones are answered 24/7. If something is not right, they issue an immediate credit. Rather than doing a return or exchange, they ask you to donate the food or product to a local ASPCA or rescue center. What a concept. Excellent selection at excellent prices and unbelievable customer service. 100%+++

Chewy is Awesome!! I use Chewy for almost everything! The free shipping over $50 is great and fast. I recently returned items that I got multiple of and they were fast and polite. They even asked me to send in pictures of my dogs so they can post on social media. I have never been disappointed with a Chewy product and I know that if someday I get a product I am not satisfied with, they will take care of the problem!

Incredible customer service! So easy to work with and very generous return policy. They have all returned items sent to an animal shelter... very impressive!
