I have been a customer of Chewy for several years now. I have only dealt with customer service twice in that time. Once was the shipers fault, the other was mine. In both instances, Chewy.com customer service took care of everything for me, even at their expense. I will remain a Chewy customer for years to come!

I purchased a wewe pad from chewy and purchased a puppy at shake a paw in lynbrook not to get morbid but puppy died died due to a shake a paw not taking care of this puppy who started with kennel cough then phenomena then parvo.I called chewy to tell them why i was returning what i purchased and they were very understanding.They told me to donate what we purchased.A few days later a beautiful vase with flowers were sent to my house with a very person note how chewy was sorry what happened to my puppy.Chewy went above and beyond to make me feel like they cared what had happened.I would from here on out highly recommend and only use there service for any pet i ever purchase or buy any of there products.They really cared about my heart break and i will never forget that.Thank you chewy for being so careing and having the best product anyone can purchace.

I love this site! My cat needs a special vet food and it's almost 35% cheaper on Chewy than at my vet's office. I also get my Fresh Step kitty-litter from this site too! It's wonderful! I have everything shipped right to my door; it's free shipping, and I get an additional 20% off because I'm signed up with their auto-shipping once a month. They send me a notification in my email when my next shipment of cat food and kitty-litter is coming and I can fiddle with the date if it's too soon or if I need it sooner. And I get the 42 pound kitty-litter so not having to carry if from the store, to my car, from my car, to my house is wonderful! Recommend this site for everyone!

I have never wrote reviews before but I had too for Chewy.com. I'm totally impressed with the chewy.com morals and ethics. They truely care for the animals!! I mistakenly ordered the wrong stuff and they refunded me the money, placed a new order and had me donate the items I incorrectly placed to the animal shelter. I was totally impressed. I'm sure dogs at the pound loved the treats and the soft toy. Thank you Chewy.com!!! You got my business for sure and will be your loyal customer.

Been buying from Chewy.com since December 2016, and have been thoroughly impressed with the selection, pricing, and shipping. Now, I can add customer service to that list. No machines, no foreign language, no waiting, and no "third degree" interrogation. Money was refunded promptly and the return disposition was handled so ethically, that we are extremely touched. We certainly recommend doing business with Chewy.com!

This company really cares!! I've been ordering from Chewy for years- my cat's medicated food was less expensive & delivery is more convenient than going to the vet. My cat just got put on a new medicated diet, but I had just ordered 2 cases of his old food. Chewy not only refunded my money, but said that instead of shipping it back, they would rather me donate the food to a local shelter. I'm very impressed! I also love that they send hand-written Christmas cards to my cat every year :) great company!

We have been using chewy for years and they have always been amazing but this last experience put them over the top!! Some of our soft dog food cans came damaged, we called and chewy without hesistate replaced the case and shipped it that day! We will never use another company and keep spreading the word that chewy is the best ! Thank you Chewy!

I got a coupon in the mail so I ordered my dogs food through them because it was cheaper than Petco and I didn't have to lug that big bag home myself it was delivered to my door. But the really cool part is that I called to cancel my auto ship because my dog just passed away and not only was the lady on the phone super sweet to me she also refunded my purchase because my pup passed away and couldn't eat it. Talk about great customer service! Also I got connected on my first ring when I called. No waiting!
