Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

After shopping with Cheey.com, I discover my local pet shop sold the exact same product for LESS THAN HALF the price. To make matters worse Wal-Mart beat Chewy.com's price on our common dog food brand by almost 10 cents a pound... TV commercial is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Don't order ANYTHING from these guys without comparing your local stores....

They have the most amazing customer service and I had been getting my dogs food on autoship. She recently crossed the rainbow bridge and when I contacted them to return her food they refunded not only the full bag but the open one and asked that I donate to a rescue or shelter instead of returning it. Then two days later I come home to a bouquet of flowers and a hand written note because she passed. I have never been so happy with a company in my life!

Great prices, great selection, and basically a form of Amazon just for your pets' needs. Best part is customer service. I typo'd on an order and had an entirely wrong address. Called the number on the confirmation email and was greeted by a person, an actual person, and in less than 2 minutes. Better yet it was a Sunday and they STILL fixed MY error. I love them, and they will always have my business.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Unbelievably quick service, awesome customer service, and great prices. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent customer service! Our dog passed away a week or so ago. We called up Chewy.com to discontinue our food order. Not only did they cancel but they reimbursed us for the box that had arrived the day after our dog passed and told us to donate the food to a shelter. If that wasn't enough, we received flowers for the death of our pup from them! These people are genuine animal lovers and a great company to support! We have already recommended many people to them!

Great Company, Incredible Customer Service!! I used to order special diet food for my dog who had diabetes. Shipments were always on time and no problems with any orders. My beautiful dog Charlie recently passed. I called Chewy.com to ask them to please stop "auto ship" and the reason. A few days later I received a hand written card from "Sam G" expressing deepest condolences and just a beautiful, heart-felt message. I received two cards, one from Charlie's vet and another from Charlie's specialist and Sam G's card was so much more warmer. Sam G. never met my Charlie but took the time to write some words that really comforted my daughter and me in our time of need. Thank you Sam G!!! It is so wonderful to know that kind people like you still exist and care. Thank you and God bless.

I can't say enough good things about chewy.com! Everything I order comes very quickly & the return policy is such, I don't know how they make money! I started ordering from chewy.com when I lived out in the country & it was so convenient, I continue now that I live in the city.

We have been buying our dog food for only six months from chewy. Last time we placed our order, Kyla asked if the dog food was for Blitzen and Gunner.. They always recognize our pets by name! But when we let them know the food was only for Gunner because our 11 year old german shepherd had passed away just days before, Kyla offered her condolences and the very next day flowers arrived at our home from the chewy family!! This is beyond customer service, this is a caring company that operates with compassion. We will always buy from Chewy! Customers for LIFE!! Thank you so much to Kyla and the Chewy Family we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness. We love your products and service!
