Chewy.com is a fantastic company. Delivery was always quick within 2 days. Our dog was on a prescription diet and mediation and Chewy delivered! On our recent loss of our beloved dog Roxy, Jasmine at Chewy sent a condolence card and flowers to our home. We had an unopened bag of food and asked to return it. Even though it was a prescription product, Chewy refunded us the money and asked us to donated the product to a shelter. They have been very generous.

I am so impressed by their best customer service. I ordered wrong size of a toy, a huge tire for my medium size dog. I called 9pm, thought it was too late to call but someone actually answered phone after one ring. Wow~ I told him I want to return the toy and get smaller size. He was very friendly and humble. He said they will refund my money but no need to return the toy. Just give it to some dog shelter. What an amazing company. I actually want to give 100 stars for how they sharing their warm heart. Totally trust worthy ppl. I hope all other company learn business like that. Thank you chewy~

This company does business right! We ordered a soft crate and a play pen. One arrived in one day (free shipping) and the other in two days. The soft crate was broken and they asked that I donate it and sent me a new one free of charge. We decided we didn't need the pen and instead of having me send it back, they asked that I donate it to a shelter! Amazing! They definitely didn't make any money off of me for this order. I love that they would rather donate items then ask for them back. I'm in awe. I'll be giving them all of my pet need business!

I highly recommend Chewy.com. The convenience of getting pet supplies shipped directly to my home is great. I use the autoship option, which is super user friendly. They send you reminders if a shipment is coming up, in case you want to change the date or the order. I always receive my orders lightening fast, and when I have needed assistance, their customer service has been quick and friendly. I had a bag break open during delivery (this is not a common occurrence) and the Chewy.com representative immediately sent out a replacement and asked that I donate the extra food to an animal rescue organization. Top notch.

This is the best mail order pet food company I have ever dealt with. The prices are fair and their customer service is beyond compare. Even when I had to cancel my account due to the death of my pet, they sent a personal sympathy email and flowers!!! They were so very thoughtful.

Since Petsmart bought out Chewy's, they doubled the price for the 18oz Chicken Meal Mixers. The new price now matches the local store prices. I will never again order from Chewy.com, and never will set foot in Petsmart. Customer Service told me their prices fluctuate to stay lower than their competitors. Chewy's will now have to start adding sales tax since they are owned by Petsmart.
