Chewy's Customer Service is a model for all companies. If you have any questions or issues, they are responsive and get back to you right away. If they happen to be out of what you ordered, they will call you to help select a replacement then send it to you for free. I have received a card at Christmas, a postcard when we first signed up, Chewy makes you feel like you know and trust them.

We purchased an exercise pen for our puppy and it just wasn't what we needed. We spoke with Christopher in customer service and when we explained what we needed Christopher we were told that we would receive credit and that we can just donate the pen to our local shelter. That is customer service above and beyond. You have won us over as a customer. Thanks Chewy.

I NEVER post reviews. But for Chewy.com, I have to... I have been a customer for several years for our 11 year old Boxer that recently passed. The same day we had to put him to sleep, we received our auto-ship right on time, just 2 days or less. It has been 5 weeks and we have decided to get a puppy so I chatted with CHEWY and asked about a exchange. What they did next really surprised me. A FULL refund and told me to donate the 2 bags we had, a retail value of $90. Two days later they sent us a condolence card with roses for the loss of our pet. When a company goes out of there way, they are due a review. signed: Joe - A customer for life!

Honestly, this is THE MOST AMAZING company you will EVER deal with in your lifetime, sounds excessive but i assure you it's true. Not only have they refunded my money anytime there is the slightest issue with any product, including of your dog chews thru a toy that's supposed to be tough BUT,I receive my orders in one to two days max. But the thing that stands out the MOST about Chewy is the STELLAR PERSONAL customer service, they send a CARD when my pet is sick and they SENT ME A HAND PAINTED PORTRAIT OF MY DOG just because!!!.. You name me another company who does this?! INCREDIBLE! The lowest prices on any website or store, receipt of order in one to two days (always ships Fed Ex) and PERSONAL, COMPASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you're not shopping with chewy you're missing out.

I have been using the auto delivery for Chewy for 6 months. Recently I had a change in my credit card and my auto delivery was suspended. I contacted Chewy and a service rep, Jazmin, explained to me what happened, immediately shipped my order which arrived the next day, and refunded me $10 for the food I had to purchase at the grocery store. THIS IS THE WAY A COMPANY SHOULD OPERATE. I am very impressed with Chewy and will continue to be a customer and recommend this company.

Chewy.com cancelled my order because my billing address is a PO Box. Not my shipping address, my billing address. We use a PO Box because of identity theft (mail stolen from box). I am not permitted to order from the company unless I change my billing address. I kid you not. When I asked them why, they became rude and nasty. BTW, I open two veterinary clinics.

Quite possibly the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Ordered 2 cases of food. Promised 1-2 day delivery. It took 10. The cans had exploded and it wasn't even the flavor I ordered! They sent a replacement. Took 7 days this time, cans were extremely dented and again it was the wrong flavor!!!! Gave me a refund - big deal. I wanted the product I ordered!

For the first time ordering from Chewy I received the wrong dog food. Just wanted to give cudos to them for their customer service. They refunded the price of the large bag of food. Said donate the wrong food and also refunded me the price of a small bag of food to tide my big boys over until the correct food arrives. Nice to see a company the believes in customer service. Thank you Chewy!
