I had some issues with my debit card when purchasing online on Chewy. One quick phone call to Chewy and the staff was super nice and we had the situation fixed in minutes. I was so shocked. I've never come across anyone on the phone who were so nice, quick, and friendly. Would recommend them to ANYONE.

I've been using Chewy for almost a year now and I love it! Shipping is so fast, my delivery is consistently here in only 1 day. I've comparison shopped Petco and PetSmart and they usually beat their prices by 10-25%!!! Even less expensive than Walmart! Great service!!!

We have been ordering from Chewy for some time. Delivery is always 1-2 days. Once a bag came torn up and food scattered all over the box and after I called them they immediately shipped us a free replacement. On June 22nd we lost our beloved German Shepherd Bobby to cancer of spleen so we stopped auto ship. However, we have just adopted a 9-month old German Shepherd female Nella so we hope to renew our relationship with this great company. My only concern is their announced sale of Chewy to Petsmart. We hope that regardless of this new ownership they continue with a great work and their great customer service. Ilona S.

Unbelievably friendly, no hassle service. Placed an order, but unfortunately our pet passed away before we used any of the items. Not only did they refund our order, but instead of returning it suggested we donate it to a rescue or shelter. I am so impressed, only wished I had used them years before now.

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for months now. Their prices are so much better than the stores, I even get my cat's prescription food from them, they made that super easy to set up. I called them, supplied my vet's and pet's information with them, they contacted my vet and had the prescription faxed to them. I didn't have to do anything. Easy as can be. Now my family is using them as well for their pet food needs. Their prices are fantastic, their delivery is super fast, pleased with the selection of products they carry. There was a single issue with delivery of food once and they were so fast to rectify it and solved the problem asap. Excellent customer service. Excellent! Love this pet supply store.

I had used their website for the first time to order a 3-pack cat litter. The shipping was as expected (took only 2 days), but I had only received two packs instead of the three. I have two kittens who eat a lot and use their litter a lot as well, so I really needed this litter. I was pretty angry because the litter at local stores is extremely expensive, and I wanted to receive what I paid for. So, I contacted them via their chat system on the Chewy.com website, and informed them of what I ordered and what I received. Then, they sent me a new 3-pack of the cat litter I ordered free of charge! It arrived around two days after contacting them. It is a good company considering the fact that they replace what they send incorrectly and free of charge.
