I am so amazed with Chewy!!!! I have been buying all my products at different pet stores and finally decided to purchase something from Chewy. However, when I got my package I no longer needed the dog harness and called customer service for a return. The CS associate told me that not only will they refund my money, I no longer have to return the item, but asked if I can donate it to an animal shelter. It was amazing and I was speechless! My family is going to be repeat customers!

LOVE Chewy! Customer Services has been awesome, made one phone call when we had a shipment error and it was fixed on the spot. Haven't been disappointed with the products I have ordered and either have our critters. The auto ship saves us time and money!

Honest opinion? Was great until acquired by PetSmart; now just seeing higher prices and getting excuses for them. No longer the company it was.

Amazing company! One of the few that practices the 'Golden Rule"...treat others how you would like to be treated. When dealing with a 'problem' with a customer service representative, I often ask them "How would you handle this problem for your mother?" It's TOUGH out there...I've seen the good the bad and the VERY ugly in customer service. This company has amazing products, amazing prices, and the best customer service I've experienced ANYWHERE! That's HUGE to me! I ordered a wrong size dog crate and their solution was for me to donate it to a shelter or rescue center rather than return it and then sent me the correct size. They are second to none in quality, shipping and service. Love them!

So this is a little late. But I seriously love chewy. Besides the fact that they are cheaper than every pet store I've gone to and besides that they deliver right to my door. I had one issue where an item didn't come with my order I immediately emailed them about it but when my boyfriend found out he called them instead of waiting for a response to the email. He was so fast on the phone and had everything handled in just a couple minutes. Which was just a relief cuz I hate phone calls, complaining about anything, and honestly I thought we might have to jump through some hoops to prove we didn't receive our product. It was the easiest thing I've ever seen. So anyway I go back to my email to let them know that the whole thing had just been handled on the phone so no worries. They had already emailed me back and I apologized for not waiting and explained how nervous I was since this was the first time I had an issue ordering from them and was relatively new to ordering things online in general. The lady was soo nice and reassuring it was crazy I have never had such a nice conversation with someone just doing their job. She even asked to see pictures of my pets which of course I shared cuz I love showing people my pets. And I honestly thought that was just the end of the conversation and I was just smitten with how it all went down. Got my product two days later no extra charge. And then I'm not sure if it was a couple days or maybe a week afterwards I got two hand written notes from I'm assuming the lady I was emailing and the lady my boyfriend spoke on the phone with. They even mentioned the pictures I sent and how they always wanted gliders too ya da ya da (each note was different). I know that it's probably what they are suppose to do but I loved it. It most definitely sealed the deal for me ordering from them for all my pet needs.
