Product was fine. After making this transaction however, my card numbers were stolen and nearly $1,000 taken from my account in transactions (done in FL) :( What a mess!!

Price is reasonable and tax free plus fast shipping. Their customer service is exceptional. They refunded my money when I was not satisfied with their products. Can't have any complaints.

What happened to truth in advertising laws? They say shipping is free but the reality is that you have to order a minimum if $49.00!

They advertise their prices are the cheapest. I order a crate of 24 cans of C/D canned cat food for my cats. The can were the small single serving size cans of 2.9 ounces not the larger cans of 5,5 ounces that I get from my vet clinic. The price for the smaller cans was the same as what I am paying for the larger cans. The only benefit is they have flavors my vet clinic doesn't carry. This is a scam saying they are cheaper. The service was great but their prices are twice what I am paying at the vet clinic.

I adore this site They have great prices & deals. Also their customer service is amazing! Every time I order the shipping is super fast. Last time I ordered on Wednesday and was worried that my dog's food would get here on Monday since most companies don't send that quick at the end of the week. The food came the next day afternoon! Definitely my favorite online pet store!

Great customer service! I have had reason to contact Chewy a couple times, most recently because I accidentally shopped 66 lbs of dog food to my old address in an entirely different state. When I contacted Chewy they immediately reshipped the order to my new address without waiting for the original to be returned. They make everything so easy and convenient can't recommend them highly enough for all your pet supply needs.

Called this morning, they answers in two rings and they couldn't have been nicer. Asked about our dogs, their names, ages etc... Helped with the issue within minutes and quite honestly I was a little taken aback with how painless a customer service call could be. Just a great company.

I have been shopping with chewy.com for a while. I have two French Bulldogs ones 18 months and 2 years old. Last month I bought some edible treat bones for my youngest Frenchie and he got it stuck in his throat. Had to go and have it surgically removed. So I contacted chewy.com to do a review on the edible nylabone and did not like it and I got a call back from a very nice young lady named Kasey. She was very concerned about Charlie and his health and she wanted to make sure that I was okay. They gave me a refund for all of the edible bones that I had ordered in that order. And then they sent me some chew things that they thought would be good for my French Bulldogs. But as of right now I'm a little cautious about giving them anything like that. But they were so nice and then a couple of days later I got some beautiful flowers from them a get-well for Charlie and myself. I have always loved chewy.com I have used them for a while now. Some people say they can get things cheaper at their local store. But it's nice knowing I get top-quality food and items delivered to my door and I don't have to go out to get it. Highly recommend chewy.com to all my friends
