I can not express how much I am pleased with chewy.com customer service. I had an autoship order for diabetic cat food. The day before it was delivered, I had to put my beloved boy down. Not only did they accept a return and process my refund with in 48 hours, but they sent me a bouquet of roses with a sympathy card. That is a level of customer service that is unparalleled. I will continue to order pet food and supplies. They have made a customer for life.

Prices are very good (I do a lot of research b4 buying). Deliveries typically come 1 or 2 days after ordering with standard delivery (not express, so wow! Returns are too easy. Plus their customer service is so nice, again, almost unbelievable for a big business. Thanks Chewy! All my experiences with you have been awesome.🙂

I uses them for the first time and had such a fabulous experience! I'm excited for future use! I will definitely be using them for our fur baby needs!!!

Very good, quick shipping, great prices...at first. However, price increases on products are over the top recently.

I ordered some cat litter which arrived damaged the bag had a nice size hole in in and there was litter everywhere. I emailed customer service and attached pictures of the damaged item inside the box and they sent out a new order immediately. They resolved my issue so quickly and the new item arrived faster than expected. I am very pleased with their service

I have a couple of cats and saw that friskies had a new cat food out called Purina Friskies Gravy Swirlers Cat Food 3.15 lb. Bag. I just happened to see it at the local Walmart store for 3.94 a bag but when I went on Chewy site I was shocked to see the same item for 6.99. Also I found coupons on coupons.com for 1.30 off a bag of the cat food so ended up getting the cat food for 2.64 a bag. That is 4.35 a bag less than Chewy. I got on Chewy's website and texted to someone and they don't match prices and said that Walmart was a brick and mortar store. I was laughing my head off when I read that canned message.

I was getting annoyed by Petco's high prices, so thought I'd check Chewy out. The same large bag of Royal Canin 7+ Indoor dry food was $10+ cheaper at Chewy. BUT... I would have had to order 3 large bags to meet the requirement for free shipping. Their TV advertising is VERY misleading. Just says "free shipping". I live in a small place. I barely have room for my own things, no less extra lg. bags of cat food. I have no need to buy other things in order to meet the $49 minimum for free shipping. Not a savings after all.
