I have always gotten great service from this company. When my cat died recently I had a case of food left over and when I contacted the company to cancel auto delivery and mentioned this, they told me they would credit my account and suggested that I donate the food to a shelter. A week later I received a sympathy note and really lovely flowers. How can you beat that?

Since petsmart has bought chewy.com, my sportsmix wholesome has went up in price by 8.00. Just in a month from changing over to petsmart. I guess I will start going to tractor supply again after being a loyal chewy. Com member. Chewy was the beat company till now. Petsmart is just money hungry. SO SAD!!

I love chewy.com ! I had the best customer service. I bought the wrong kibble accidently bought the big kibble for big dogs and i have 3 small dogs and with no hesitation they gave me the refund and told me to donate the food to a local shelter. What a great company ! Thank you I will be loyal customer for life !!!!!!!!!!

Chewy has always been wonderful in getting orders shipped on time. Customer service is top notch and always helpful. My dog just passed away and chewy had already shipped my order. So I contacted them asking what there return process is. They told me I could keep the food and donate it to an animal shelter or wherever. Also fully refunded me my money. That is above and beyond great customer service.

I have only talked to them twice and boy are they the sweetest!!! This lady had called me to notify me that one of the items I ordered had gone out of stock and that she told me automatically how she could help and made everything so pleasant and made sure that it will be on my next order. :) Then I spoke to a guy today in regards to two different charges that weren't matching up to my purchases. He pointed out what had gone through and walked me through it with no hesitation, so sweet. when it all made sense and I felt like a crazy person, he laughed with me he reassured me that it happens all the time and no need to feel that way and talked to me for a few mins about my dogs. He was very helpful and friendly.

I have been using chewy for two years now and I love the service. In the past orders have always arrived in perfect condition, however the last order the cat chews were opened (intact, not ripped just a bad seal presumably during manufacturing). I emailed Chewy and they responded within minutes, sending a replacement package. Even more they suggested I could donate the product to a shelter if it was in good enough condition. Extremely happy with their prompt, customer friendly service and the message they send for supporting shelters.

Have spent lots of money with Chewy.com and have always loved their service and prices; however lately I must say products have increased in price A LOT and are steadily rising (I order sometimes 2 to 3 times a month and prices keep going up), no where near the value as it once was, so unfortunately if Chewy doesn't bring their prices back down, I may end of buying locally once again, because the local stores will match prices and offer lower prices in certain cases. Disappointed with a company that seems to becoming all about the almighty buck. In years past, always have rated 5 stars, great customer service and great prices. BRING YOUR PRICES BACK DOWN PLEASE CHEWY! Not such a great savings or deal anymore!
