Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! Wonderful people and fast shipping! Highly recommend!

I have been using Chewy for a few months now, was never unhappy. I recently needed their online assistance choosing a new cat food as we lost our five year old suddenly and her sister stopped eating- I wanted to try a new food. Not only did she answer all my questions but two days later I received sympathy flowers and a lovely note from the woman who helped and the chewy team. Truly a compassionate, wonderful team and company. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much, Chewy!! You really brought a smile to our family's face.

1st time ordering from company. Ordered a elevated feeder but my order arrived they had sent me a pet exercise pen. Email'd company to let them know my order was wrong & they responded quickly re-ordering the feeder@ no cost to me and said I should donate the exercise pen to a local shelter. Pretty awesome !

I wanted to return a leash that I had ordered that was way too big for my golden retriever but instead the representative said no need to return but asked that I donate the leash instead AND will also get my refund back! This is what I call awesome customer service!

I bought a nail grinder for my dog and I couldn't use in my dog because she didn't let me... so I called to return the product and they will process my refund and told me to donate to a pet rescue. I think this is amazing!!!

I have ordered from Chewy.com twice now and this second order will be my last. The products are great, they have a good selection to choose from and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately they don't have any idea how to pack a shipping box. The first box was crushed and one small item was destroyed and they replaced that with no problem. This time not only was the box crushed, there was only one piece of tape on the top and one small amount of packing inside, so the box arrived open! I give up-better to go to the store.

Great service & selection, good prices and great customer service. An Incredible Company. They totally get customer loyalty. I had only been a customer for a few months when my chocolate lab passed from pancreatic cancer. Today, exactly 30 days later, I received a com missed portrait of my lab. Thank you Chewy!

This may be my favorite company of all time. They have everything my pets could need and free next day delivery. It's like dealing with friends. They even send me Christmas cards. Once I had ordered something I couldn't use and they told me to donate it rather than go through the trouble of sending it back. I can't imagine buying from a store when I have Chewy!
