Our Gracie was hospitalized in ICU for 6 days. Miraculously she survived and was discharged. The Vet sent us home with a few cans of Royal Canin HD. We told the Vet she is HIGHLY allergic to chicken (the main protein in this food). She told us, "Its okay, its hydrolyzed." ... Well it wasn't okay. Our Gracie had terrible diarrhea. We immediately took her off Royal Canin. In the meantime I had ordered a case of 24 cans of this stuff, at a cost of $83.00. ... I called Chewy to ask if I could return the case. Here's what they did: REFUNDED 100% OF WHAT I PAID, AND ASKED ME TO DONATE THE FOOD TO A SHELTER!!!!!! ... It does not get better than that. THANK YOU CHEWY! Thank you. Side note: I have been an autoship client of CHEWY's for years. They have never let me down. ... That's how you run a business.

So I ordered a outdoor cat house for a cat I was trying to rescue. Before my order arrived the cat disappeared. When I called customer service they refunded my money and told me to DONATE the bed to a rescue. .HOW AWESOME IS THAT?

Don't use chewy for you let food. I placed an order that would auto ship. They left out the 40 dollar bag of cat food and the chew bones. They replaced the chew bones but refused to send my cat food. So now I am out double on a bag of food. Because I have to go pick it up elsewhere. Gave them a try but they don't deliver. Huge thumbs down for them. Watch your money with them
