Their prices are exactly the same as other retailers, so there are no savings to be found here. They will indicate that you're getting a savings of whatever percent, but if you know the actual product, you'll know their claimed savings are 100% fabricated. Their prices are EXACTLY the same as other retailers. Sometimes, they manage to get things delivered within 2 days. Mostly, it's 3 - 4 days. There are other options. The only thing unique about Chewy is that they only sell pet products. I'm a little disappointed, truthfully. I spend between $150 - $250 a month (sometimes more) ordering through Chewy, and the shipping is still hit or miss in terms of delivery. I also don't like that it takes them up to 24 hours to send a tracking number. The online experience is supposed to be about convenience. Chewy isn't always the most convenient option.

I have purchased dog and cat food from Chewy for quite some time and have always been more than satisfied. Recently I called to return unopened cases of cat food and cat litter as my senior cat had died. Not only did they credit my account but since they knew I lived in hurricane hit Naples Florida, they had me donate all of it to the Local Humane Society! In addition, today I received a sympathy card and flowers from Chewy!!! What a class act!!

great company! and great shipping! they get the products out fast and arrive at my door literaly the next day! I placed an order at 9 at night, and still received the items the next day. awesome! I only had an issues with an item once, and they replaced it right away free of charge. their prices aren't too much different then the stores, but it saves you time, gas and some $:)

I started Chewy a few months ago. I have a eye disease that's slowly taking my vision year by year so I am unable to drive. There have been times when I was worried I'd be without food for my pets because I wasn't sure if I could get to the store in time. Chewy is a perfect option for me. Everything is ordered and delivered on a monthly basis with no problems. I will never again have to worry about whether I can get their food or not. Furthermore, I love the free shipping option if I spend over $49. On my first order, I bought a new brand of cat food for my cat to try. He didn't like it. I contacted them, asking for help to change it off my autoship. I had no complaints as I was the one that had chose the food. Still, they went above and beyond my need, refunding me the money because my kitty didn't like it. I was pleasantly happy. But then today, a package showed up from Chewy that I was not expecting. When I opened it and seen a painted portrait of my older dog, I became so happy I shed a few tears. I know one day, years down the road, she'll no longer be able to be with me. But with this beautiful painting, I will be able to keep her forever. Their services are amazing. They obviously love their customers, human and pet alike. This is the best company I've ever dealt with, and I am a customer for life. Thank you Chewy, for making my day wonderful and giving me a gift that I will cherish for a lifetime.

This is a company that I can support 100%. My orders are always delivered to my doorstep within a few days and I have never had a problem with an order. I once ordered the wrong size collar on accident...I got a full refund and was told to donate the collar to a shelter (made me so proud to shop here). I have also received personal cards in the mail with a quick note to me and my pup. They are always fast to answer questions and help you with anything you might need. LOVE LOVE LOVE Chewy. I haven't stepped foot in a pet store in a long time....and don't plan to.

The prices they offer are hard to beat and they also offer free 1-2 day shipping. I received an order missing item and replied to the receipt email in the evening hours, within 45 min I had another email that the missing item was being shipped. This company is hard to beat!

Absolutely love this company ! Recently I ordered a shipment of dog food and accidentally had it sent to an old address where I have no means of getting it. Called them up and told them. Without any questions they had a new order sent to me without any extra charges. Told me if I happen to get a hold of it to just donate it to a shelter. This has happened before with my parents also ordering the wrong product and they sent the correct product without extra charge. Again they told them to donate the wrong order to a shelter. Their orders are always on time (especially if you order your stuff before hand on a reoccurring shipment) and it is cheaper then the pet stores. Their foundation and customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend.
