You advertise free shipping on TV ad and that is extremely misleading, since one must buy at least $49.00 of your merchandise before receiving free shipping. If one doesn't buy the stated amount, your company charges an amount that doubles the cost. You need to update the misleading and unfactual statement referring to free shipping. Beverly McInnis

I've been ordering from Chewy for several months with no issues. Then, yesterday, I get a delivery and theres ants in the box and in the expensive bag of dog food. I emailed Chewy and, within minutes, I got an apology and an email with the information for my replacement bag. I am so impressed! ! You don't see this kind of customer care much anymore these days!! So happy with Chewy.com!

Cats are obligate carnivores. So glad I found Chewy.com! They are the greatest! Incredible unique selection of feline foods, both dry and wet, even prescription, grooming tools, snacks, everything. It started out as a quest to find better quality food for my cat than what they sell in grocery stores and pet stores. Some people prefer to save money and buy cat food with filler, even corn meal, at the grocery store and then wonder why their cat has to go to the vet. I believe that feeding my cat meat, food that is organic, high in protein, no grain, etc. eliminates sickness and poor health. After I found Chewy, the mystery of trying to find top drawer cat food was solved. They don't mind if I experiment with a new food; if my cat doesn't like it, they just issue me a credit. They are such good business folks. I'm sold...as you can see.

Chewy is absolutely amazing, I can’t even describe it. I just got off the phone with someone because I got charged $100 for an autoship of food and treats my dog ended up not liking. I told him the order number and he found it super fast, he refunded my card, I asked how I now return the food and he said not to worry about it, and if my puppy doesn’t like it to donate it to a shelter which I will definitely do. I’m beyond impressed with their customer service. They just earned a customer for life! Thank you so much!!

Called to complain about some cat food cans that arrived damaged and so bent that they were open. Called a 1-800 # and REAL HUMAN answered within 2 rings. Said they would replace the whole case and it would be at my house by Tuesday. He didn't need my info because it popped it with my phone number. He emailed me a confirmation while we were on the phone. This was a 59 second phone cal. Wow!!! Very impressed.

I cannot say enough about this company. I am employed by a no-kill animal shelter and highly recommend Chewy to my new pet parents.When my elderly cat quit eating, I'd just received my monthly auto shipment of cat food. When I asked if I could return it they suggested that I give it to a local animal shelter instead. My 18-year-old kitty passed soon after. I was heartbroken, but life goes on. I came home after a particularly difficult day and found some beautiful flowers with a sympathy card...from Chewy. I was amazed that they would care enough about their customers to go to that length. Their service, while she was alive, was outstanding. Their compassion after her death was above and beyond.

These guys are truly awesome! They treat you better than any pet food store I have been to. I made a mistake and they fixed it for me right away. They have a customer service ethic that is much appreciated. I do recommend them to anyone I know.

Where I live (Sacramento, CA), shipping is SO quick. One day! That is better than my Amazon Prime. I have placed many orders, and all have been delivered quickly and correctly. I think the autoship discounts help out, too.
