Always got great service from CHEWY. Lately takes 2-3 days to receive cat food when always took 1 day. Service has deteriorated since PETSMART bought CHEWY over.

I don't usually promote brands or websites, but if you haven't already ordered from Chewy (chewy.com) for your pet(s)'s needs, you're missing out! They're cheaper than most places, items get to you in 1-2 days, and they have awesome customer service! My first time ordering, they needed to confirm my address. They called me few minutes after placing my order, but i missed the call. When i called them back, it didn't take me long to reach a real person to talk to. They were friendly and genuinely cared about their customers! Unfortunately one of the products came defective. After leaving a review on their website, i got an email from them few days after about a product replacement. I did not expect that at all. ❤️

What an amazing company! I've been over the moon about their prices and quick to arrive packages. Today when I realized I had forgotten about an auto ship order and was about to have THREE MASSIVE bags of litter and cat food that my boys cannot eat, I called and was immediately on the phone with a kind gentleman (I think his name was Darrell) who said no worries, they should be able to intercept the package (since it was literally just put together) and I'd see a refund in 3-5 business days. It's hard living in a large city without a car and in need of litter for two cats (I'm strong but I like to take it easy sometimes!) Oh, this was at 2:30 am central time! I love this company. Making things so much easier in life.

I love this company. They usually ship out the order the same day and I get it within a couple of days. My orders have always been correct. Whoever train their employees is doing a great job. As long as they keep the prices low and the shipping free over $49.00 dollars I will keep buying.

The drops that came with my order are almost gone from being broken before they even got to me today and were leaking everywhere.

Amazing company! We schedule our dog food through Chewy, which is wonderful by itself. But we also had an issue where our dog had surgery and we ordered a harness that we ended up not needing. Chewy provided a full refund ALONG with asking that we donate the item rather than return it. Customer for life right here.

Dog threw up food. Food doesn’t smell right. Got the 47 lbs bag of Purina pro plan. Throwing it away!!!
