They deserve more than 5 stars! Their customer service is great. I ordered dry food for my cat which unfortunately he didn't like. I called them to ask if I can return and exchange, they not only gave me a full refund, but also asked me to donate the food to local cat shelter. How awesome! Definitely shopping with them in future. Oh and their pricess are good too. Good job chewy.com.

GREAT COMPANY end of story. Not only did they call originally to verify my purchase because my mailing address and billing address were different, they continued to show great customer service. I ordered a bunch of stuff from chewy for my cat, who had to be put down before receiving the product :( they were so understanding and donated me the product AND refunded me the full amount in honor of my fur baby. Will definitely continue to shop through them :) PLUS great pricing on quality products!

When I first began my relationship with this company I thought of it as nothing more that a business transaction that took care of a need. Have dog food delivered. Period. But it soon became more than that. * They called the day after my original order when it was discovered that the kibble for my dog was not what my vet wanted. They fixed it with my permission and honored the sale price that had ended the day before. * I was trying to change the delivery date for dog food and accidentally doubled my order. I called. They happily fixed everything. * I ordered at a future date the wrong size collar for my dog and they shipped a proper size out immediately fixing my error. (Are we seeing a pattern of my technical skills and their great customer service?) * I called last week to cancel all future orders. They asked if anything was wrong with the products. I explained that our dog had a very aggressive tumor and we were going to send him to play on the rainbow the following week as he was in pain and it was inoperable. They took care of canceling and offered to be there if I ever needed someone to talk to. Then even asked if I would like to send in a photo of Scrappy so they could see him. I did so and received a lovey email within short order expressing care and concern for all involved in his life. * Yesterday was rough. We took Scrappy tfor his final car ride and as all fur parents can imagine it is difficult to say goodbye. I wasn't even up to leaving the house today. Upon checking the mail a few minutes ago I find we received a card from Chewy. A card that was handwritten and full of love...It is as if they are giving us a hug full of compassion from afar. It begins "When tomorrow starts without me do not think we are apart..." When the day comes for us to have another pet we will patronize Chewy gladly. They are by far the best company I personally have ever dealt with. A company that truly believes that customer service is a real action, not just hollow words to throw about. Our family will be lifelong customers.

I just accidentally reordered my entire autoship the day after my original order shipped. I called their 800 number and a live human answered in 2 rings, and took care of the problem in under a minuet! I love this company so much. Not to mention I replied to an email with a 15% code asking if it could be applied to my next autoship and they applied it no questions asked. Seriously best customer service.

I first heard about Chewy.com when I received an advertisement in the mail. They had treats that my dog loved at competitive prices and tons of flavors, much more than other sites I purchased from in the past. I have placed 6 or more orders over the last two years and always received my order super fast and exactly as ordered. They even sent me an Xmas card last year, hand written. Can't recommend Chewy.com enough!
