New favorite company! Ordered a Cubs jersey for my blue heeler, but it was just a tiny bit too tight on him. Called to ask about the return policy, and the customer service woman immediately refunded the amount back to my card. When I asked how to return the jersey, she just asked me if I could donate it to a local shelter instead. Such a small thing but it really stood out to me. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Poor customer service and misrepresented "specials." They advertised American Journey dog food as buy 1 get 1 free. However they only sent one bag, and refused to send the "free" bag as they had advertised. I have been a Chewy customer for years...but I am done with them and their false advertising. I will go elsewhere for my dog food.

We love this company! We have a Frenchie and he is on Blue Buffalo Freedom Grain Free Small Breed Puppy Food. It is an obstacle to find the 11 lb bag, as most places only carry the 4 lb bag which ends up costing more money. I have only seen PetSmart carry the larger size, but they often sell out. Chewy always has it in stock at the same low cost. When I need to order other items to meet the $49 free shipping minimum, I order from here! It saves us the hassle of going to the store. Chewy has a huge variety of products at reasonable prices. I have been receiving all my orders the next day (I order early in the morning)! This is definitely our go to store for online shopping for our sweet fur baby! Highly recommend!!!!

I’m from a background of over 20 years with retail companies that require unquestionable customer service. This is definitely one of the best! ALWAYS THERE!...I mean always😁 Always extremely kind, informative... The past 2 years I actually received a sincere, handwritten X-Mas card! Who still does that?❤️ I was getting my hair dyed...I mean done...lol. Someone was saying they accepted a return of their family pet that passed unopened food...AND SENT FLOWERS! It’s the personal touch that counts and how I run my Salon. I’m a devoted, lifetime client🙏🏻

Update: when I called they gave me a $20 rebate for the aggravation of having to go out to purchase cat food. I ended up running out of dry food. Auto ship doesn’t work it doesn’t coincide with the time frame it takes us to go through the food. I ordered cat food on Wednesday. They advertise 1-2 day shipping. My order is scheduled to be delivered this Tuesday. The agreement they have with fedex is they deliver Tuesday-Saturday. No Sunday or Monday deliveries. I will never order from them again. The price is the same as ordering online from petsmart. Nothing special here and not worth the aggravation.

Chewy is amazing! They literally ship your items overnight or the next day. Every time I receive something, I usually receive a hand written note saying "I hope your dogs enjoyed!" a few weeks later. They're so nice and easy to order from!
