Guys. I don’t write reviews. Ever. As in I’m pretty sure this is my first review ever. But Chewy is such an amazing company and the people who work there are so nice. I called at 9pm on a Monday thinking that first of all, no one would be available at that time, and secondly, I would have to navigate through an endless automated recording. However after one ring, Stephen who likes Duke answered the phone and was very friendly and immediately refunded my order (an order that was MY fault because I forgot to cancel an auto ship). Then when I asked how to return the kitten food, he told me to just donate it to a local animal shelter. I may have teared up a little. Whether that says more about my out of whack emotions or the sheer amazingness of this company, I don’t know. But as a likley future cat lady who dies alone, I will be a customer for life. Thank you Chewy and thank you Stephen who likes Duke.

I bought three collors two for the dogs and one for the cat. One of the collors did not work on one of my small dogs. I called customer service and they were really friendly I got my money back and they said please donate it to you local animal shelter. I was so happy with the service that I will hight recommend them to all my customers next time they need to order something for the pets.

Not only they have the best price for the product I was looking for, but they went way beyond being a good service. When my family experienced a sudden lose of our pet, not only they refund the dog food I purchased, but also provided comforting words and advice. And they didn't even want us to return the product. They only suggested us to donate the dog food to local shelters. What a great idea for pain relieving, especially for kids. Really appreciated. Thank you !

Chewy.com is amazing. I wanted to write a review for them on google or their website to praise them but I couldn't find out how, so I am doing this! Guys, they are so friendly. I had an issue with my product, was a little upset about it and didn't want to call because I expected it to be such a hassle. In fact, it was not! It was so easy to fix the problem, they are so kind and generous. I recently got a letter in the mail from the Co-founders wishing my family (along with my pup) a very merry Christmas. It was hand written! Who does that anymore? I am 100% impressed with this company and will be doing business with them from here on out. I wish I could give them a 10/5!

There is something seriously wrong with their customer service department! I recently had surgery and ordered a ramp for my dog since I can’t pick him up. I never received order, then they sent 3 of the same item, to the office of my apartment complex. I have been asking for the past week for them to pick up and they won’t do it. I have explained numerous times that I can’t move and need them to come and get. I have now talked with at least 15 people, and the boxes still sit here.

DO NOT USE chewy.com online...they will steal your credit card information like they did mine on December 7, 2017!!...Multiple fraud charges in Florida to Apple and Gamestop made on 12.7 the day after my order. Chewy is located in Florida. Check out another review here from 8.21.17 from a chewy.com order customer who had $1000 cleaned out of his bank account. Chewy.com has been aware of and done nothing to stop this internal fraud of customers credit card info!! Also look on page 2 of 1 star reviews for the following report of Chewy thieves!!! Published Tuesday, May 2, 2017 Chewy employees made fraudulent transactions to my bank account Sunday I had ordered from chewy but because I live in the carribean i didn't know they did not accept international cards. A lady called and cancelled my order, Every thing was fine. Apparently Monday my bank account had numerous charges to some google viber and some other money l transferring apps. Tuesday is when I realized that my account was compromised because I couldn't sign into my mobile banking because they blocked my account due to the numerous transactions. Come to find out the person from chewy spent and transferred all of my money out of my account now I'm sitting here with no money until 90 days from now when the bank realizes it wasn't me that made those transactions I'm broke now because of chewy employees all of my hard earned cash is gone. In conclusion chewy is not safe for payment transactions because it seems like any and everyone has access to customer account info and they will not wait to start spending your money

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with chewy.com. Been with them about 5 years now. They offer such a variety at great prices. Customer service is fantastic. So helpful in finding the right products for my dog.

i was a new customer of chewy.com,and was very much pleased with its excellent service and product.yesterday, i had to euthanize my beloved siamese cat.i e-mailed customer service to cancel my account.i was deeply touched by the condolence e-mails i received from 3 customer service representatives.they were actually personal.it is most refreshing to learn that there is still REAL customer service;in this case-with a heart.
