Another order of cat food, another case of damaged cans. Service is generally good and quick, but the products received are often damaged. I'm not sure if this is the packaging or handling, but it is a consistent issue with orders from chewy.

I can't say enough about their customer service, Excellent Excellent Excellent!!! As with the other reviewer my little doggie passed away over the weekend and I had an unopened box of his food that I was going to return and they refunded the money and asked me to donate the food instead. They even sent me a beautiful flower arrangement which was such a surprise!!! I never had expected such thoughtfulness and caring from a company.

I used this company for the first time in September. Unfortunately my dog died this past week and I had a full unopened bag of dog food. I called Chewy and they refunded the full price once they heard my situation, the staff member was very sorry for my loss and said I didn't need to return the food and could donate it with the opened food bag I still have. He was more empathetic than our vet. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for my cat's special diet needs. Mary Plattsburgh NY '

I've been impressed before by Chewy's customer service and fast (next day) shipping speeds. Now I'm more impressed because I screwed up an auto-ship order (tried to add something after clicking ship now), then somehow ended up with 2 orders placed, neither of which had a certain item, so I ordered that separately. I thought about starting a chat session with them to straighten it out, but I just blew it off. BUT - they noticed I had placed 3 orders in rapid succession, so they called me to see if something needed straightening out, and they did straighten it out. Plus the agent was super friendly. Previous experience I've had with their customer service was also excellent. An item in one of my orders was the wrong flavor, so I contacted them. They sent the desired flavor right away, and when I asked what I should do with the "wrong" one, they asked if I could donate it to a local shelter. Which I did. They also have 24 hour customer service. And their prices are lower than the usual retail chains.

I love this company. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straight forward and understandable. All orders are sent quickly with zero errors. The one time I dealt with customer service? Super helpful! Credited my account within two days and asked for the product I wanted to return be donated to a shelter or similar organization where it would do some good. I do not hesitate to recommend Chewy to anyone who needs pet supplies.

Chewy family are wonderful and provide excellent products for our furry families. Having recently lost my pup to Cancer, Chewy have been so caring,supportive, compassionate, empathetic during this time of grief and enabled me to contact them any time if needed to talk and share this very sad time. I have never experienced a company to show such outpouring of concern and help. They have gone above and beyond what most all companies don't do...they truly care about our pets and us. They have my 100% business and heartfelt gratitude. Need to spread the word for people to buy all pet products from Chewy!!!!

I did a Google search for each of the products I wanted to buy for my cats. Then clicking on the Google Shopping pictures, I found that Chewy Dot Com had the lowest price for each of them. It turned out that they list their specials on Google Shopping. Clicking on the items in Google Shopping resulted in my paying the listed prices on Google Shopping for them at Chewy Dot Com. Initially I was skeptical. Now I know Chewy Dot Com is a fantastic way to order things for my cats. As noted, to possibly get a cheaper price, I do recommend using a Google search, followed by using Google Shopping, to individually shop for each item. After adding an item to your Chewy Dot Com cart, return to Google Search to check on your next item. Another reason for using Chewy is their FREE SHIPPING (with total purchase of at least $49). Remember this savings when considering a lower price on another website. When possible, it can be two a day delivery. They have specific days on which they prepare shipping, with delivery normally being one or two days later. They also have purrfectly great people on their on-line chat. They do enjoy using words beginning with purr and woof. I highly recommend Chewy Dot Com.

Hands down the best customer service. I would not purchase anything for my dog from any other company. Cannot recommend them enough
