I had products that were delivered damaged 2 months in a row. ( as in crushed and out of package). Let it go the first month since this is very unusual. I have ordered for 2 years. When it happened the 2nd month in a row, I contacted them. They replaced everything that was damaged. It arrived in 2 days. It is so convenient to get my pets' food delivered right to my door. I used to have to run to 2 or 3 stores to get what I needed.

Chewy's selection, prices and convenience are all great. However, the best thing about this company is their exceptional customer service. Whoever manages their customer service department should teach a clinic to other companies. I have been a customer for years, and will continue to use them for all of my pets for life.

Chewy is an amazing company. Recently I bought steps for my senior dog but she wasn’t using them. I called chewy to discuss a return. They issued a full refund and told me I could donate the steps to a local shelter. What great service and a company with heart!!

Chewy.com is absolutely wonderful! We rescued a dog 2.5 years and have been purchasing from Chewy.com ever since. Great prices (even better when on sale!) and a good selection of products.. Super quick shipping--if I order before 1 pm EST, I normally get my package delivered the next morning unless it is a Sunday or Monday because FedEx Home doesn't deliver on those days). Chewy.com's customer service is absolutely amazing! I've spoken to several very nice and helpful customer service representatives and the phone is always picked up quickly. Received a beautiful holiday card again this year as well--such a nice touch! Highly recommend Chewy.com! Definitely the best company I have ever purchased from and dealt with. :-)

Don't write reviews often but my goodness their customer service is by far the best I've delt with. They are apologetic but more importantly they care about you and your pet. Everyone I've had the pleasure to talk to, we have laughed, joked, talked about my pets and had great convo. Mistakes happen and this is a company that takes full responsibility for them. Chewy is so awesome. I've been a customer for 3+ years, as my cat and dog are both needy creatures! Chewy has great deals and a wide selection of food, treats, collars, toys, etc. Where they really deserve a 10/10 is their customer service. They are polite, efficient, and any issue I've had has always been resolved in less than 24 hours. They are more personal than any other giant company, and they even request photos of your furry friends! I just can't say enough about Chewy. They get 4 paws up from me!
