Buyer beware! I ordered pet food for one price and was charged a more expensive price. When I called Chewy to clarify price discrepancy, I was told they do not lock in prices for items that are included in an autoship order. So, basically, you think you are getting a good deal-- and end up paying more. The customer rep., whom I spoke to for clarification, said Chewy's prices fluctuate with the market...interestingly, the prices for the food items included in my autoship order were, conveniently, always higher than the prices listed on Chewy's website when I initially placed my order. Chewy representative did not offer any adjustment and said she could not help me. Needless to say, I have cancelled my business with Chewy (no interest in dealing with a company that deals in bait-and-switch pricing).
