Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

This company is incredible. They were very helpful with my return and gave me great recommendations about foods, treats, toys, and other things for my new dog. I will be a customer for life! Big shout out to Marlene M for helping me with online chat. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough about how Chewy goes out of its way. They quickly sent a replacement cat tree to replace a defective one. They simply encouraged me to donate the defective one. When I had food shipped to the wrong address (my fault - it went to a shelter I'd previously donated food to), they immediately reshipped the food - again, for free. They just encouraged me to have the shelter keep the food as a donation. Their emails are always highly personalized and so friendly. They even ask for cat photos and comment on them! I've never had packages shipped so quickly before - and I always choose standard shipping. Packages often arrive within a day. In email correspondence, the arrival dates that Chewy estimates are always later than when I actually receive them.

I just recently started using Chewy and their customer service is spectacular. I ordered 2 bags of litter for my cat. One of them had a small hole in it, which caused the litter to spill everywhere inside the box. I e-mailed them on Christmas Day and not even 10 minutes later they responded with their condolences and immediately set an order to ship out within the next 2 days. They also asked for a picture of my cat so they could post it on their wall at their office. Very kind & caring customer service. As a bonus, the website is really easy to use and the subscribe feature is great.

The cat litter they sell is poor quality, it’s sand. It claimed to be 42lb bag was more like 15lbs. Can’t trust their products,

Great store I've been using Chewy for about a year now. They have great prices, good service and an easy to use website. We've had dogs come and go (we foster for Pet Protectors) and have had to change the timing of the "autoship" a couple of times, It is easy to do. They even sent us a Christmas card!

I don’t give reviews frequently, but we are so impressed by Chewy that I had to. We have been ordering from Amazon but decided to give chewy a chance. We placed our order and we were very pleased with the quick arrival and the quality of the items we purchased. We were also impressed that over the holidays we received a very nice holiday card from the company PLUS a separate separate hand-written card arrived which mentioned the specific items that we had ordered. Very impressed! Then when my husband ordered a winter sweater for our dog in the wrong size, he was so impressed that customer service actually told him to keep it and donate it to a local shelter. They gave us a credit and a new one was mailed out immediately. What a great company!

I had an amazing experience with Chewy! I ordered a vest for my Border Collie and was extremely impressed with how quickly I got it and the quality. They also sent me a cute hand written post card thanking me for my business. I had my vest for about a month and the buckle got broken, not from quality but from getting slammed in a car door. So I called Chewy to see about replacing it. Without any questions the representative on the phone put in a new order to replace my whole vest! I was expecting a new buckle or to even pay for a new vest. But instead they are shipping me out a whole new vest and not charging me a dime. Not even for shipping! I am so impressed with this company and will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. This company is perfect for any pet lover.

Beware if you have auto ship and don't check it before your order ships price CAN go up (this happened to me Three times) First order price was $8.99 for this particular item. next order $10.50 (still cheaper than in store @ $10.99) MY FINAL order $11.11 . This is just one of the items I regularly purchase , it happened to 3 out of the 4 I regularly buy.
