My very first order I was so excited to use my 15% off coupon code, I can't have packages delivered to my apartment so I had the order shipped to my work address. Then I received an email saying they can't process my order because my billing address does not match my shipping even though I added 2 (both) address after downloading the Chewy app and making an account. Then I had to call Chewy to confirm my address and now my order will get sent to my work address on Saturday where it will most likely not get delivered so I will have to go pick it up on MONDAY at the post office. After the website boasts about 1-2 shipping days?!?! Will not be referring Chewy to my other foster friends and family and neighbors. Very poor execution and false promises. Hopefully I my order my Friday, if not I will be expecting a FULL refund.

Chewy.com is the most reasonable priced for all of your pets needs!! I order xl kennels and beds and they were less then half the price in the store! Order my food from them also comes quickly and is great! Customer service is A++++++++++ they are extremely helpful and resolvful! They even helped me to pick out which dog collar was best for my dogs needs and they work awesome!!! Recommend them before all others!

We've been ordering for eight months. No complaints. Price for the cat food we order has gone up significantly -- but can't find anything less expensive after much googling. So think it's fair. Our most recent order (cat litter + treats) was missing one box of litter. I emailed, got a response within two hours, and they're sending the missing box, no questions asked. Wow, that is what customer service should be!

Always good prices and everything arrives quickly. They are now my ‘go to’ for dog food and toys, I often find they have better deals than amazon.

Website easy to get around in. Easy check out. Good prices. I recently ordered a bag of food that my cats didn't like. I called them and asked if I could exchange it and they were very professional. They refused my money and told me to donate the open bag to an animal shelter. Good customer service. You will not be disappointed. I also ordered pet carriers prices were way better than petco and petsmart.

I ordered puppy food from Chewy.com. Not one to order dog food online, I thought I'd give it a shot because I received a $15.00 coupon in the mail so I figured, what the heck. So I placed my order and received puppy food promptly in 3 days. 4 days into the food, she's refusing to eat it. I purchased a 4 lb bag and a 12 lb bag of Merrick Grain Free Puppy Food . I logged online with Chewy on their chat room to see if I could return the 12 lb bag because I hadn't opened it and if they would issue me a refund . Without hesitation the rep refunded my whole order including the opened bag. No questions asked. When I asked them where I should ship the food back to, they asked me to donate it to a local animal shelter. Needless to say I was shocked ! In a day where everything is about corporate profits and bottom line- this company exceeded my expectations and gained a customer for life. Chewy has unbeatable prices! Compared to Petco, Petsmart, Petland, Wag, Amazon or any other store!!! Their costumer service is the most efficient, knowledgeable, understanding, honest and caring that I have ever encountered. Chewy will not ask you to return and item that didn’t work out for your pets, instead, they will ask that you kindly donate it to your local shelter and chewy will refund your money. This is to show you how compassionate they are for the millions of homeless pets nationwide.
