I have bought many things from Chewy and they are so amazing! They ship fast, quality product, and if you need to contact them, they are friendly and so efficient. For Christmas, they sent me a card wishing my pup and I happy holidays! I just got to return an item I didn't really need, and they gave me a full refund and just asked that I donate it to a local animal shelter. Wow! Thank you Chewy!

I love Chewy.com. Their prices are good and their shipping is unbelievably fast. I usually get my order within a day or two. I've ordered from them a few times already and never had a problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Like so many businesses, they make a bunch of promises to get your business, then it turns to crap. We have been trying to get dog food ordered and delivered for 10 days. The first order mysteriously never was processed. We called again and we're told it would be there in 2 days. Guess what! 5 days later no dog food. Called again and was informed that certain size bags can't be delivered except on certain days. That would have been helpful info to know before ordering. They had no trouble charging my credit card. My advice, tell Chewy to take a hike!

We have been customers of chewy for some months now and they have exceeded our expectations. They were helpful every step of the way with our prescription orders & did everything they could to make our orders as easy as possible. We had a hiccup in our first autoship food order & they handled it immediately with no hassle. They sent us the wrong bag of food & insisted we donate it and that ours would be delivered next day, and it was! Tonight we received an unexpected delivery from them and it was a gift, a commissioned painting of a picture of our dog we sent them awhile ago! We definitely now are part of the Chewy Family for life 🐾🖤
