Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

My sister purchased the ThunderShirt for my dog at Chewy.com. I love the shirt for my dog and I love the company. Their price was competitive, the site was easy to use, and delivery was prompt. Most of all, I LOVE the Thundershirt! My dog has been cowering under the bed or the desk and crying when there are fireworks or thunder. During the last thunder storm, which lasted about 1.5 hours, I put the shirt on her right away. It was the first time I had used it for this. She seemed happy to have me put it on her. She sat in my lap for a bit, and then she hopped on the couch and went to sleep for the rest of the storm. It was wonderful to see her happy rather than suffering.

This is my first order with this company and so far it's excellent! The price was cheaper than the stores around me and the delivery was fast and fantastic. Thank you for providing this service to us!

I have order from Chewy since their start up. At first big complaints about false advertising of prices. MFSP was so inflated $99 for bag of dog food their price $32. Knowing they were inflating prices I stopped shopping them. Once they discontinued this practice I started shopping again. I love them, delivery at the door in a day, prices are great. Best of all their Customer Service wow. I had purchased two toys for my dogs. After first use they destroyed them. I wrote a review not bad, not good, my dogs love the toy but it wasn't for power chewing. To my surprise I received a refund for the items. A kind email to let me know. WHAT..a refund I didn't even ask for? I figured live and learn not their fault my dogs can chew like crazy. But they insisted on the refund and also sent a list of items for future of my power chewing pups. Now how's that for service. They will be around a long time doing business like that. If you haven't tried them it's a must.

Chewy.com is EXCELLENT!! I have always just gone into a store to buy pet supplies, but I broke my foot and so I ordered from chewy for my cat. First; the prices are cheaper than in the stores. Two, I saved 20% on first autoship order on top of already amazing prices. And, shipping is free over 49 dollars which didn't take long to hit because my cat eats science diet and we use fresh step litter. I just ordered for about three months. The best part of it all, Is I didn't have to carry heavy bags of food and litter. My order arrived in 2 days. Thank you Chewy! I will be using chewy for all my pet supplies.

Already having problems with Petsmart since aquiring Chewy. The first time an on-line chat was supposed to give me a 20% discount for a problem, that never happened. The 2nd time one box was delivered with the heavy items packed on top of smaller items (can you say crushed)? Then the 2nd box was delivered another day. Any information on where to start shopping with another pet company would be appreciated.

During my 3rd phone order with Chewy, I mentioned that our 14-year-old dog had recently died. It was just a tiny comment. A week later, THEY SENT ME FLOWERS!! This huge, national company took the time to provide some comfort in a very personal way. They sent flowers!! I am now a lifelong customer.

I used to order 10-12 large bags of kitten food every 2 months for my 100+ neonatal fosters a year from chewy.com. I could get bulk buys of huge sizes, for cheaper per pound than any retail store and get it shipped fast and free to my house. After 5 months of that, I haven't ordered anything from Chewy.com since October. Almost immediately after being "consumed" by Petsmart, chewy.com raised prices on nearly everything I bought....so much so that it is now COMPLETELY IN LINE WITH LOCAL PETSMART PRICES. No coincidence that Petsmart bought its cutthroat competitor, raised prices on its "newly owned" competitor's site and stifled and defeated its competitor in the process. Takeover = removing competition. I loyally support (or have supported) Petsmart through years, after all the wonder work they do for rescue groups and charities.....but NOW I cannot afford to feed my fosters at the rate I used to. That = less lives I can save and that is Petsmart's legacy to me....that, when I used to have an outlet to be able to feed these mouths, I no longer can anymore. Petsmart.....I frigging hate you now. And so do many rescue groups and fosters who operate out of their own pocket. Chewy.com is rapidly losing business, which I believe was Petsmart's goal in the first place. Thanks for shutting down a pipeline we ALL desperately needed to be able to survive on a razor thin budget and negatively....significantly negatively....impacting people everywhere. If you think this will drive more business to your Petsmart.com site or brick and mortar stores, think again. We will just find another pipeline that we can afford and we can access bulk buys from....hopefully one that is safe.....considering that we ALL considered Chewy.com to be safe....and some of these other websites i.e. from China, we can't trust them. here's praying we can order safe, nutritious food in bulk and quickly get it to our houses without being pillaged for shipping. My 6 week old babies lives are at stake

I have always loved Chewy.com. The prices are competitive and orders are shipped within hours. Their customer service is excellent and always available. And they are truly a caring company. I have never dealth with another company that even comes close to Chewy in customer satisfaction.
