i have ordered from this company for 4 years but never again because they use Fed EX as a shipper but will not allow me to request for another due to their support of NRA i am moral;ly opposed to their support of this

Ordered paid, call confirmed verbally the order. Order cancelled day of estimated delivery called customer service cant explain why and ordered cage for a client who purchased a puppy from me totally embarrassed me with my client, and chewy was sorry but wanted to give me a discount on a new order. But mean time ruined my reputation and made my business looks like unprofessional with my client. Would have been better off buying for my local pet store and delivering it myself, totally dissatisfied. Won't make that mistake again.

I.placed an order for a ramp when my fur baby fell of the bed. I didn't know how serious the fall was until my love passed away the next day. I phoned Chewy to cancel the order and since was already in transit they were unable to cancel the delivery but said I can donate it or keep it and received a full refund. 2 days later, I receive a delivery of beautiful flower arrangements from them saying they were sorry Lexy passed! It was so touching. I love this place and the people who work there!!! Thank you Chewy!!!!! You truly touched our hearts!!!!

I placed my first order with them there was an issue with one of the items not their fault it was the item itself. They immediately sent me another one I received that in two days they are a standup company and will definitely order from them again and again!

I have been ordering my cat supplies & bird from chewy for about 1 year. I called the other day to return a product I purchased for my sick cat because unfortunately he passed away. They told me to donate it to animal aide. Then out of nowhere I get a beautiful bouquet with roses + their sympathies on the loss of our mushy. I was crying talking to customer service & explaining why I wanted to return the product. Never in a million years did I think a company would be ever so thoughtful & send their sympathies. I will & forever be a chewy customer. Thank you so much words cannot express my heartfelt thanks to you. Sincerely Janet muscari

I love how my order just comes to the door, I don't have to worry about the store running out of his favorite food :) auto set up makes it super simple.
