Their service is amazing. I have been using them for years and find them professional, reasonably priced and delivery frighteningly quick. I would order on Monday and the food was at my door on Tuesday. Their amazing customer service got even better. Our dog died unexpectedly 😔 and their kindness went beyond what I was expecting. Please use Chewy for all your pet needs you will not be disappointed.

Forced to jump through hoops to return a defective product and a couple other things. Was told to donate it but fortunately was still in my garage as a week later I got another email to return it. Not sure if all this has anything to do with them being bought out by Petsmart. Wonder why I cannot make in store returns since they are the same company to have avoided the headaches?

An example of how all companies should be, and not only in this area. I love Chewy because of their prices, the variety of options and their customer service. At the end of the day, when there are hundreds of companies offering the same product, we should applaud those who are going way, way beyond than others to satisfy their customers. Well done.

The folks at Chewy are the best. Called to say the I thought my package was lost by Fed Ex. They immediately shipped another order no charge. And said to keep the first order if it ever shows up. That's customer service.

Will definitely use this company again and again. I felt the items I ordered were reasonably priced and received it within two days. I even ordered a litter box that did not fit like I wanted in the space I have and they gave me a full refund and told me to donate the box to a friend. HOW AWESOME IS THAT! CHOOSE CHEWY!

The people at Chewy make all the difference. On top of saving money and time, anytime I need help with any of my orders/account they always go out of their way to make sure I am 100% happy. I will be a lifetime customer.

I rarely write company reviews, but here is a rare exception. I e-mailed Chewy with a concern I had about a recent order and received a response literally within three minutes. Chewy fully refunded the product I had a concern about and asked me if there was anything else they could help with. I shop with Chewy regularly, have recommended to friends and will continue to do so. After years of doing business with Chewy this was the first time that I had a complaint and to say they were lightening fast in resolving my concern is an understatement.
