Great prices and auto delivery of basic pet needs. Recently had a dog pass away before we even opened the most recent delivery of his Veterinary-prescribed diet. Called to see if we could return it, they processed the refund and just asked that we donate the food. Extremely generous policy and benefits local shelters. Definitely plan to do more business with them because of this.

I ordered two jackets for my new adopted dog and they were both too small. I called to ask for a return label but the customer service representative told that she will refund me the money, but no need to return the items. She asked me to donate the jackets to the local shelter. Wow, what an amazing company.

We ordered 4 items, 2 arrived 4 days later. 2 items never came. After 2 weeks and 3 attempts by Chewy ... nothing. The 2 items that did deliver were in a rental box truck and the driver was wearing street clothes, no FedEx markings. They did refund my money. They have very little control of their process. We would have saved so much time by driving to a pet store.

I realized that I had ordered the wrong sizes product and called Chewy.com to correct it, however my order was already being packed. They told me to donate the wrong item, and they would send the correct item in a new shipment. Outstanding service!

2 orders form this company. first ordered a crate, it came in about 5 days and looks great. It's the second order that i need to share with others. i ordered two packs of Blue Buffalo by mistake. i immediately cancelled the order. but i was not able to do that. so i contacted cs, I was told that the order cannot been cancelled! i was so astonished by this. i hope they can improve it in future.
