I am very happy with Chewy.com. I ordered the wrong food and they were so nice about it. They told me to send the food I got to a shelter since I accidentally sliced the bag open with a knife when I was opening the box. They sent me the new right food and gave me a refund for the wrong food I actually ordered by mistake. What a nice company!!

I absolutely love this company. Unfortunately my order said delivered but never arrived and I am completely out of dog food... I called around 9pm last night to let them know and I spoke with Lesley who not only had an upbeat personality but apologized, put my order back through so I will receive it in two days and refunded me to compensate for the store bought dog food I will have to buy while I wait. This is fantastic customer service. When I received my email that my order was placed again I had a missing bag because it didn't process so when I called back I spoke with Deilis who made sure this was taken care of as well!!! I will absolutely order again but I really want everyone to know both girls were so nice and helpful I couldn't believe it. Thank You Lesley and Deilis From SCAMP & PEGGY

Chewy.Com is the best of the best. The staff and their policies cannot be any better. One of my cats 17years old was sent to heaven on March 6 and Chewy sent beautiful flowers in a vase with a lovely condolence note. What company does this? I also told them my other cat is not well she is 16yrs and I may have to return food. They told me not to worry they would send me a return label and get Fed EX to pick it up. I am 82 yrs. old and I appreciate these people. I have never had a problem with them only joy.

Best part is not only is their customer service line 24/7, but when you call, it is answered right away BY A HUMAN. Thank you for being the only company on earth who doesn't torture their customers with automated teleprompters!! Their kindness was unsurpassed when my cat passed away, they sent a thoughtful handmade gift that was extremely special to me. I was touched by their sympathy and kindness. Never in my life have I experienced such authentic and compassionate customer service in my life, you can tell they really love animals and the people who care for them. It's such a breath of fresh air in a world where it seems like most companies don't care and are only looking to cut corners. Chewy is one of a kind. If you only do business with one company in your life, make it Chewy. They're the best!!

I love Chewy! Delivery is so quick! Like 2 days after I place the order it comes. I’ve had to return 2 items so far and it’s a very quick and easy process. They tell me to give away the bird food to a local Shelter and I still get my money back. Very generous and a wonderful policy. I’ve always been very pleased with Chewy. Best online company and customer service. Everything deserves 5 stars from my experience.
