I’ve had dogs for 25 years and Chewy.com is by far the best company I’ve ever used. Amazing customer service in addition to their great prices and quick order turn around. My dog is now on a prescription food and they have that too. Outstanding!

I can not say enough great things about this company. They have awesome prices, super fast shipping, and the customer service is above and beyond any other company out there..super friendly and personal, and quick to make sure their customers are happy.

I ordered two cat trees from chewy and the first one went together smoothly but the second one had a piece missing. When I called to find out what to do about it because I was only two steps away from finishing the tree, they told me to just keep it or donate it and they sent me another brand new one out free of charge!! I was pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service was and I received my cat trees within 48 Hours. Chewy is awesome!!

Chewy is so convenient for me. Being disabled and having my product in 2 to 3 days is fantastic! I just got my order and my cat "King Mickey" was all over it!! How can I post the picture?

I was shipped a dog treat that was from the same brand but a different product type than what I ordered. I called chewy and they immediately had the correct item shipped. When I offered to ship the incorrect item back they told me to donate it to a local shelter or give it to another dog who would enjoy it if my dogs dont...I love that!

Don't buy anything here they lie and say it will be there in 1 to 2 days but it won't show up. Save your money go to pet store. Customer service sucks. They are no help just blame Fedx for not shipping order in first place. Run away from chewy.

Chewy is a great website for pet supplies and the prices are very low! I love their free shipping for orders over $49! It's a great site for new pet owners buying supplies! Also, the customer service was wonderful. My experience was great!
