Prices are fair...packages right to my door... life made easy!! I made the switch to blue buffalo with chewy for my two feline fur babies and OMG! They are better cats. So much more energetic, loving, talkative, and softer even... Chewy made this possible... I can't begin to thank them enough for making their life healthier and my life easier!!

BEST PET ONLINE STORE,besides the fast free shipping,excellent costumers services and they have a wall of fame where you pets can be pictured for all to see!! I haven't been to a pets store in person since my family has been members to chewy.com for months!! Thanks chewy.com for caring so much about my cats and me!!

Chewy.com has one of the best customer service teams I have ever dealt with. I made a mistake on ordering...totally my mistake...and chewy fixed it for me at no cost to me, no hassle and done by a wonderfully friendly customer service rep. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to order from them for my pets.

The prices I have found have been either the same or better than Petsmart/Petco Reasons why: #1 - My first bag I ordered I changed my mind a day later and called to cancel the order. Well, they told me don’t worry about it and to just donate it to a local shelter. 😮👍🏻 (Which I did, to PETSinc). Awesome!✔️ #2 - The customer service rep was very friendly and showed, what I felt was, a genuine interest in my fur baby. They even requested a picture to add to their Chewy pet photos, to which I happily obliged (thinking “Aww, that’s sweet”) ✔️✔️ #3 - THIS is what put me over the top... Today I received a special gift in the mail from them. It was a HAND PAINTED portrait of Jax they made from the photo I sent them. HOW FREAKING COOL!! ✔️✔️✔️ They now have my business for LIFE! A sincere and genuine Thank You, to the Chewy Team! You guys rock! And Stay Awesome!
