Without any hassle, the Chewy team was happy to send us a differently sized dog crate because we ordered the incorrect size for our puppy. Not only did they refund the original purchase, they asked us to donate the wrong sized crate to a shelter of our choosing! Warm and friendly along the way and it makes such a difference!

This company has gone above and beyond with customer care and service. They have a customer with me as long as I own fur babies! Wish I had discovered them a lot sooner! Thanks Chewy!

I’ve been ordering pet supplies through Chewy for a few years now. Just recently I purchased some items and ended up not needing them because I no longer had my dog. I contacted the company to ask what their return policy is and they said it is a case by case basis. They refunded me the cost and said to donate the items to a rescue or give them to someone who could use them. My order just a few weeks before that was delayed a week for some reason (I think it was due to the delivery company, not Chewy since it had shipped on time) but I asked if it was normal since it was an auto ship for my cat’s food that I needed and I was going to adjust the auto ship time if needed for the future. I made it clear I wasn’t upset at all, just wanted to see if it would be smart to change my auto ship frequency in case there usually seem to be delays with auto ship. They had refunded me $10 (I can’t remember what fee that was). These were very generous gestures from a company that I wasn’t expecting nor would expect from a large company. Their customer service is excellent; timely responses to emails and very friendly. They really take care of their customers and ultimately their pets too. Thank you Chewy!

This is a great company! I had an issue with a bottle being opened and empty when delivered. I contacted them immediately and no questions asked, they sent me new! I will continue to purchase from this company for all my dog needs! Very impressed with them!

This company has a great Autoship program and outstanding customer service. We originally usesd Amazon for our dog food delivery but since they are using the Postal Service, 90% of the time it never showed up. Or is was very late. I finally decided to give Chewy a try. It was a bit rough at the beginning as they were in the process of putting together more distribution centers and working through the autoship program. But once that was complete, showing through the autoship program couldn't be easier. And we save a lot of money every month. I have 3 large dogs so we order a lot of dog food and a lot of treats. Having large bags of dog food delivered right to our door is so convenient. And being able to make a change whenever it's needed is even better. The customer service team has always been extremely helpful on the few occassions that I've had to make a call. Amazon could learn a few things from this company. If you buy any dog or cat products on a regular basis, you really need to use Chewy's autoship program. They are the best!
