I must say.. the order came QUICKLY! Also, it was a reorder of an item I had previously ordered. After going to Super Pet Expo, I was suggested by a vet I follow ( holistically ) to switch to a different brand. They don't carry it. On the phone, they asked me if I have an area shelter or rescue nearby. I said yes. They said just donate it and i'll offer you a full refund! How AMAZING is that! Good job, Chewy.com!!

Poor customer service States order is complete and days later has issues with billing address. I would rather pay a higher price with amazon then wait around for chewy to actual process the order.

They have amazing service!! I had a question for them about my order and when I called them they answered immediately! I didn’t have to deal with any automated voice calls and they answered on the second ring! Patrick assisted me and looked up my account in seconds and was very helpful. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

I purchased a case of food my cat hated. I was willing to return the unused portions and pay for the opened can. Chewy refunded my money and told me to keep the food and to please donate it to an animal shelter or wherever I see fit. I am now a customer for life. That was very generous of them to do that.

I have a whole new respect for chewy.com! We ordered some products from chewy.com (we have used them before for flea & tick meds and have been happy with them and their prices) but ended up order some joint chews for the wrong size dog. When they came in the mail, we realized and called customer service, asking if we could exchange the bag for small breeds instead and they told us "no problem, we will get those right out to you. And don't worry about sending those back, donate them to a local rescue or shelter." OH MY GOD, I truly think it is rare today for companies to do things like that and not only fix a mistake we made no questions asked, but also pay it forward like that. Can't say thank you enough chewy.com for your service and generosity - you just earned customers for life!

This site is awesome. I just love them. Good quality and selection, reasonable pricing. It arrives often the very next day. If I’ve ever had a challenge which was maybe once in several years they fixed it immediately and without any hassle. I think they’re just awesome. I could easily run to the store for my pet supplies but I choose to use them because they are just amazing.
