Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I have been using chewy for a few months now I love it. I have two dogs and so buying enough food for free shipping isn't a problem. The shipping is really great, $49 for free 1-2 day shipping. That's really nice since i get 50 lb bags from the store. So instead of picking it up and putting it in the cart and going to scan it and put it in the truck and carry it into the house, they bring it right to my front door and all I have to do is bring it into the house. As simple as that. Will keep using. (:

Prices are decent, shipping is fast. But the real golden egg is their customer service!! I had ordered a case of prescription cat food (read: expensive) and then my vet changed my cat's diet after I had only used about 4 cans! The food manufacturer has a return guarantee so I set up a chat to ask Chewy about it. They processed my return no questions asked and refunded the entire case amount! Then told me to donate the remaining food cans to a local shelter! It is stressful enough to have a sick cat, so this was a huge help! Do you want a customer for life? Because that's how you get a customer for life!

I signed up for the auto pay (every 4 weeks) but they were taking out the money 4-7 days earlier than expected. I never received confirmation that I purchased any of my items. Which for me meant security just in case I never received the package. The food I bought from Chewy was 6-$12 more than in store. But I can say customer service deserves a higher ranking because he offered to refund my money and requested I donate the unopened food to my local pet shelter. Hoping my refund will be here by Friday. I’ll update if it is.

GREAT customers services. the fast response online and by phone is great. and by someone that actually speaks English and communicates well. I placed a wrong order and requested the return, Chewy suggested to donate to local shelters and still return my money back. very classy move. probably one of the best online / phone customers services you can get.

I don't have a pet, yet. I searched for pet-sellers near my area 2 weeks ago on google. Today morning, I received a mail advertisement from chewy.com to purchase their food for my pet dog. With my full name and my home address. My google searches are being monitored and sold to companies such as chewy. I can't do much about google, but I swear to never purchase anything from chewy.com and such companies that buy and misuse consumer tracking data.

They are fabulous. Best phone service reps I have ever worked with. They supplied me for several years of dog food. My wonderful dog of 14 years died last week and today I received a georgeous bouquet of roses and a hand written condolence note from them. Fantastic company to do business with. Lance in Atlanta

Wonderful customer relations! I called Chewy today to cancel my $50 auto-ship of kidney diet for my elderly cat because she died. The Chewy rep who answered my call was extremely warm and sympathetic, gladly put a stop on my auto-ship and told me that my latest shipment had already gone out. I asked her how to return it and she said to donate it to a local rescue-- $50 worth of canned food which could have easily been returned. They now have a life-long customer! *Update*: This is UNREAL! I just received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from Chewy.com. This level of customer engagement is personal and big-hearted. Other companies could learn a lot!

Really enjoy selection and pricing. Get many treats for my little man
