Best company ever! When UPS FEDEX claimed they left my package at the door at 11:47am and it wasn't there. I reviewed my security camera no one approached my door but the mailman and I stayed home all day to watch. Then trying to report a lost package claim was a hassel from a smart alex at UPS. UGG! All I had to do was to call Chewy's and explained I didn't receive my order and another one was ordered the same day with no charge! My first order of kibble came the very next day was amazing.But the second got lost somewhere but replaced immediately by Chewy's! I'm so impressed with Chewy's I'm staying with them forever!

I've been a Chewy.com customer for some time now and have always had exceptional service. I didn't think they could get any better at what they do. Recently, my 17 year old Sophie passed just before I received my auto shipment. I no longer needed doggy diapers and called Chewy to see if I could return the diapers for a refund. The rep expressed her sympathy and informed me that a refund would be forthcoming and to donate the diapers to a shelter. To top that, I just received a beautiful bouquet expressing sympathy from Jayda and the Chewy Family. What company shows such appreciation to their customers? Only CHEWY as far as I've experienced! What a class act!!

They are so friendly and their prices are great! My pup was on a prescription diet and they contacted his vet and sent out his food. Unfortunately, my pup just passed away and I asked what I can do with the food and they were so nice about it. They gave us a full refund and they wanted a photo of my Pee-Wee and they were comforting me. I thought that was so awesome.

Amazing service and customer service. I was pretty happy with chewy auto shipping my dog and cat food and supplies. I also like that it always takes them less than two days to ship my orders. But I have to say that they surpassed my expections when my 15 years old cat passed away and they refunded me an order that I had just received. Customer service was very understanding and just asked me to donate all the items rather than sending them back to them. Not only the gesture was very nice, they also showed a lot of compassion by asking me to feel free to talk about my grieve and share pictures of my dear cat. Thank you Chewy for this fresh breeze of generosity and compassion. This only showed me that you care about your fur customers as well as their owners.

Horrible customer service. Sent the wrong item to my house ($126 worth of prescription dog food) wouldn’t send right item without charging my card again. Wouldn’t refund...wanted me to drag 60 lbs of dog food to fed ex store. Finally agreed to pick up at my house. Supervisor Christina was rude. Wanted me to leave packages on front porch for days while I’m on vacation....suggested I live in “a high crime neighborhood”

very poor customer service I was trying to place an order and it took a long time. Website was horrible. Customer service representative finally after an hour admitted that website is under maintenance; there was no warning or message posted by the company!

This is amazing-I got a package from Chewy labeled “surprise” and inside were three paintings of my pups. I’d cancelled one part of an order recently and during the correspondence they asked for photos of the pups. I never expected this! Customer for life! Incredible customer service and so smart on their part. They’re also very quick to rectify any and all issues regardless of why there’s a problem (for instance, my dog didn’t enjoy a food). What a huge pleasure doing business with such a kind company.

Chewy’s commercials are always saying they have the lowest prices... not true at all. Their prices average either the same price as competitors or higher.
